Good location and many restaurants and pharmacy nearby. Check in is smooth and efficient. Yet no bottles water are provided. Carpet has some smell and old fashioned. Overall it’s good.

On International Drive, surrounded by shops and restaurants. Bus stop in front of the hotel. Rooms are nice and clean, AC. Staff is really helpful.

The hotel is located near a movie theater and a shopping area. The hotel staff is amazing.

There was an issue with the 2 included breakfasts that they were not in hotel’s system. They finally gave me a voucher to cover the breakfasts cost.

My daughter and I stayed here for a week. It was a very happy experience. The environment was great, the breakfast was rich, the staff was friendly and enthusiastic, and the swimming pool and the ducks were absolutely amazing. My daughter said she would come here again next time!

The location of the hotel is good, suitable for exhibitors

We were there for a convention and had choosen, a King bed and expected it, they said not available and offer a sofa bed literally. Not acceptable, ended up booking at the Hyatt across the street, which was my original plan anyway, just though I save a couple of bucks! You get what you paid for! in top of that, they charged us and we went through hell and back to get our funds back! Never again.

Everything is too old the the room was smelly elevator the looks like smells like old Nice location is so good for close to everything but unfortunately it’s very old condition that hotel

The staff is lazy and rude. No initiative to even look at a note in a computer. And heres the best you can have FREE WIFI but dont ask to use our business center computers inless you have your credit card. How insulting! Its a 3rd party they will tell you. Sure ABC company OWNED BY ROSEN. very dissapointed with the customer service culture. Only good exp is Brian the manager was helpful Its a NO for me

Rosen Plaza is a great hotel, conveniently located in the immediate Convention Center area. Only negative, music across the street is blasted from across the street, well into the morning hours. Light sleeper, probably nothing a good choice for you.

As I entered the Rosen Plaza, the valet greeted me with a warm and sincere welcome. I proceeded to the front desk receiving the same hospitable service. The hotel has a magnitude of convenient services, from a Starbucks in the lobby to a gift shop, restaurants, convenience store and bar. The room was clean and well maintained. I come to the Orlando area 2-3 times a year for athletic tournaments. The Rosen Plaza will be my new “go to” stay.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the convention center as well as shops and restaurants. It is a little outdated but the staff from valet, front desk, housekeeping and even merchandise/restaurant employee's make up for it. Everyone is very kind and helpful.
