It is excellent room and size , air condition is the only problem too loud

Absolutely amazing stay! The rooms are clean, and the breakfast was great! Would definitely stay again when back in Orlando!

We only stayed for one night. Room and bathroom was clean. Was a little shocking to hear people talking and using the bathroom next door while in our bathroom and my husband was turned off by guest talking over the breakfast but overall the short stay was nice. It would have been nice to have other fruit available other than oranges.

Very close to Disney Springs with yummy hot breakfast! The hotel has a great fitness room.

The Tru was spectacular. It was spotlessly clean and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. No restaurant inside but plenty of choose your own options of food, snacks and drinks. Close to Orlando Convention Center and many other restaurants and attractions. Would stay again

Perfect hotel to stay

The room is small and has a musty smell, especially after turning on the air conditioner. The room is cleaned once every two days. The breakfast is much better than other hotels of the same price, and there is 24-hour coffee and hot water.

The exhaust fan doesn't work, the room is stuffy and smells bad. The air conditioner is indoors and the noise is super loud. It's still noisy after repair. The breakfast is very simple, there's not even salad. In one word, bad!

The location is excellent. Although there is a charge for the ample parking lot, the front desk has specially arranged a room on the highest floor to watch the New Year's fireworks. It has a wide view. There are too many people at breakfast and many things are not available, but the overall experience is still good.
