The hotel is quite old with very limited facilities whilst the lighting is a bit dim. The hotel is situated in the city centre with lot of restaurants around. The cable car is within the walking distance. Free bus services are available but we didn’t use it. Breakfast is good although the choices are limited.

Excellent! We arrived at 10 am early and were allowed to wait 20 minutes while they cleaned so we could check in and drop off our luggage. The breakfast was also delicious. The hairdryer was old-fashioned with only one tube, so those with long hair might want to bring their own. The rooms were very clean, the balcony had a beautiful view, and there was an elevator. Excellent!

The hotel is located on a main road, very close to the bus stop at the central square. The room had a balcony, was very clean, and the all-wood furniture felt warm. The hotel also helped us get free bus passes.

The hotel is located on the main street of the town, not far from the cable car stations. The parking lot is behind the hotel and there is a supermarket opposite. The hotel has an elevator, so you don't have to carry your luggage. The room is spacious and has a balcony. The view is beautiful. The Alpe di Siusi cable car is not far to the left and front. The bathroom is large and has a bathtub. Taking a hot bath after climbing the mountain is a great pleasure in life. The breakfast is rich, with a wide variety of breads. The coffee is served in a tin pot brought by the waiter, which has a capacity of 2 cups of Italian coffee, which is quite interesting. The only inconsiderate thing is that there is no kettle, tea bags and cups, etc. It seems that many hotels in Europe do not have these.

We spent 7 days early March and had an outstanding experience. The food was terrific both breakfast and dinner. Our room was always clean and comfortable. The ski storage room was very helpful. The location to everything in Ortisei is extremely easy to access. Our group definitely were all pleased with our decision to stay here. The dining staff we could not quite figure out if they disliked us or avoided us but we thanked them for taking such good care of us throughout the week. The final bill included drink charges that we were confused by how that was tallied during the week but I knew to have some flexibility in the final cost for these adjustments since it is a vacation to enjoy and take pleasure. We will certainly consider staying again at this family owned wonderful hotel.

Clean, close attention to detail, professional and friendly staff. Close to centre and bus. Traditional Hotel. Very relaxing and an enjoyable experience. Delicious breakfast in a quite formal setting.

This hotel was a 5-minute walk from the bus stop. We had a lovely, very large room with a balcony overlooking the main street. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. We were able to borrow hiking poles (there are many left behind by other hikers). Breakfast was substantial with many options. We had half board, so dinner was included. There is a grocery store across the street with many deli food options and fresh fruit for grabbing a lunch to go. We would definitely stay here again.

The three brothers as I understand the owner of the hotel. They are extremely helpful because I have a car accident. They went out of their ways to help until the issue was resolved with the car rental company. I really appreciate their help in the matter.
