This is my second time using it. This time it's summer, so I wanted to take a relaxing shower, so I chose the expensive family suite with a toilet and shower. The toilet smelled of urine and was a bit unpleasant to use. It doesn't happen very often, so I was able to put up with it, but a large cockroach appeared in the room and fled under the bed, so my daughter was scared and couldn't sleep. It's a shame because it's conveniently located near Kyocera Dome and the hostess is kind and nice.

A very satisfactory stay. The proprietress is very attentive in providing service. On the first night of my arrival, she left me a message about where to eat and shop nearby, and told me when the door opened and closed.
Nearby is the subway station, very close to the aeon AEON supermarket, within walking distance.
The kitchen is spacious with a large dining table. It is very convenient and comfortable that you can use the microwave oven to heat the lunch box from the convenience store. The picture is bought in aeon, only 300 yen, it is economical to change the taste.
The room is clean and the quilt has no peculiar smell. Very cost-effective homestay.

The landlady is from Taiwan and can communicate in Chinese smoothly.
The lady boss is very nice and provides a lot of necessary assistance.
The overall B&B is a great choice for a family self-driving trip to Kansai and the cost is quite favorable.
There are many parking lots in the alley behind and cheap night parking.
Very close to Universal Studios (USJ) and can be reached quickly
Across the road is AEON Mall, which has a large supermarket and night discount food.
It is an excellent accommodation choice for family self-driving trips to Kobe/Himeji/USJ/Kaiyukan and other places!!

The landlady is very welcoming and the room is beautifully decorated. As a family hotel, it has a lively a**osphere and is very suitable for students to travel. It was full of guests when we went there, but we didn't feel noisy when we were sleeping. The sound insulation should still be OK.

When we went to Japan for the first time, we booked a hotel on Ctrip. At that time, we only focused on two points: affordable price and large enough room. But looking at the photos on Ctrip, I thought it was in a remote place in the suburbs. When we arrived at the hotel, it was already late at night, and the landlady was still waiting. We were arranged to live on the first floor. We couldn't believe it. There were four beds, a bathroom, and a simple dining room. We lived for a week and didn't want to move. First of all, the room is neat and clean, with all conveniences and facilities. It feels like being at home. Secondly, the proprietress is also Chinese, there is no language barrier, and she is very welcoming. The night we arrived, we had no yen and no food, so the landlady immediately loaned us 20,000 yen for emergency use. Third, we thought the location was relatively remote at first, but we didn't know it was a very good location. The hotel is right next to the Transportation Avenue, surrounded by four subway entrances and exits. It is within a 5-15 minute walk from the hotel, which is very convenient. Fourth, the hotel can provide a kitchen and cook your own meals. But we almost always eat outside. There are both big stores and small restaurants around, which is convenient and delicious. If you go to Osaka next time, you will definitely stay at Jide Family Hotel!
