Very good overall, esp the complimentary fresh brewed coffee. Our room enjoyed a stunning view of the Tennoji Zoo. Just one thing - the bathroom is one step up the floor, which could be little dangerous for seniors.

Convenient location with lots of restaurant and souvenir shops around. There is a parking lot within 20 meter that offers very competitive pricing for overnight parking, even more parking lots if you walk a bit further. 天王寺動物園and通天閣are nearby.

Maybe the smallest room that we had with no fridge and a very small bathroom even for Japanese standards. Most of the staff were great except for one older woman who was rude when checking in. Lots of restaurants nearby and very close to the tower, too.

Nice location, easy to take metro. Many attractions near by hotel. It’s a new hotel. Better to eat breakfast outside. Many convenience stores around.

The location was great, with many restaurants around. But the room is quite small. There is only a small table on which I can barely put my laptop. Overall, it’s a good experience with a cheap price.

Loved the free coffee machine and the free donuts plus its close to Shin Sekai a very lively place.

Room is on the smaller side, but not outside of expectations. Really clean room, cosy and it works. Location is really great, right smack in the middle of Shinsekai area and beside the zoo (which can be a really cool pitstop for 500 yen per pax) Lots of a good food, convenience shops, pharmacies, a mega donkk as well as the cool shopping street nearby.

Loud environment, uncomfortable bed, stinky bathroom and extremely dusty room and not super helpful staff. Coffee and snacks were nice.

The location is about 15 mins walk from the Tennoji Station. It is within the very heart of Shinsekai area. Next to it is Tennoji Zoo and Tennjoi Park. The hotel is clean and new and provide coffee and even donuts, face wash, face lotion, toiletries for hotel guests to use freely.
