Short distance walking from east gate Shin-Osaka station. Check in was super fast and front desk staff is very friendly and communicate well. Room is very neat. Facing a Shinkansen track. Breakfast provided.

I went to hotel at 12.00 o'clock I said "check in" to one of front officer She said to me in Japanese and I was didn't understand. I said again "Check in" Actually I know the check in time it's 3 pm. But I hope the hotel will said to me to keep luggage first. I didn't expect to check in at 12 o'clock. And yes. She said to me to keep luggage first. But that time I was disappointed about the front officer didn't talk with me in English. And I said Check in 2 times to her. I feel like she don't want to talk with me and feel she don't welcome me. 😞

This is one of the best hotels we stayed in Osaka. It is a distance away from the train station. It is a good location for a day trip to Miyajima and Hiroshima. We had comfortable sleep. I love the table where I can sit down and use my laptop comfortably. They have breakfast buffet but we don't need breakfast, as we prefer to sleep it. They have massage on site but unfortunately we didn't had time try it.

The soundproof is really terrible and I can hear the neighbor room talking loud at 3 am. The staff gave me the room by the rail and it’s very noisy till midnight.

Location is good. Just a few minutes walk from shin Osaka station. Frontline staff is friendly. Check in process is effective. Room is small but clean and warm.

It's very value for money for how much we paid for a hotel room in the heart of Osaka near Shin-Osaka JR/MTR Station. The room is in fact slightly larger than we expected and the in-room facilities are considered very good for the price we paid. The room is clean too. Will surely come back to stay again!

The room is small to be honest and as it is semi-double bed it just fit for couple. But the location is good and very clean. So it is a good choice for budget travelers.

Google Maps led me to another via, which is closer to the Shin-Osaka East Exit. Go out of the stairs at the East Exit, turn left and walk towards the overpass. The room is quite small, and there are disposable toiletries in the lobby. There is a beverage machine opposite the elevator. The soundproofing of the room is a little poor, and you can hear the sound of airplanes and trains.

This trip to Osaka and Kyoto, I recommend staying in Shin-Osaka, it is convenient for travel, it is true. Go out and buy an IC card to recharge and use to save time. The hotel is not far from the east exit of Shin-Osaka Station, just go straight and turn the corner. The facade is very small, it is a high-rise, and the room has 10 floors. It is a JR hotel, business is good 👌The room is small but the bed is big, saving energy and changing the sheets every two days. The service is warm and thoughtful. Called at 10 o'clock in the morning to request a room at 10:30, the first time I encountered such a thing. Toiletries are self-service on the small table opposite the front desk, and the restaurant provides breakfast for an additional fee.

The location is very convenient if you are taking the Shinkansen. The room is small, but it is enough for sleeping. It was a little disappointing that there was no water in the room.

Ok, comfortable

It's a normal business hotel, but the breakfast was good. The breakfast had a warming taste and most of the staff seemed to be elderly, so it felt like my mother was saying goodbye to me, which was reassuring. You could choose the miso, and I had never had Saikyo miso before, so the mild flavor was comforting. They also rented out foot massagers and hair irons, so I was able to soothe my tired feet, and it was great that I forgot to bring a hair iron.

I left something behind, but they handled it kindly. It was very convenient and easy to get to from the station. The room was comfortable.

This was my first time staying here because the accommodation fee was cheap. It was close to the station, well-cleaned, and had free coffee, tea, and tea bags, so it was comfortable. However, you can hear the trains, so it may be difficult for those who are not used to it.
