Close to the station, the room is just the right size, there is room for large luggage, and the price is good! For independent travel enthusiasts who want to save on accommodation fees! It is not suitable for two people to live in, it will be relatively small.

Pros: The location is great, and the price is reasonable. Problems: First, there is really no one in the unmanned hotel. Only when checking in did someone talk on the intercom, and there was no staff. Second, no one cleaned the room after three days of living there, and I didn't know how to contact the front desk to clean it. Third, we lived on the second floor, and it was very noisy at night, and I didn't get a good night's sleep. Fourth, the room smelled too bad. Fifth, it was impossible to store luggage.

The service is great but I would suggest if the crew not allowed to use cellphones during their shifts. But over all the place and location was great.

Apart from being in a better location to catch a flight, this hotel is not recommended. The room was not clean and there were not even slippers in the room.

The location is very good, very close to Nankai Line Namba Station, Subway Namba Station, JR Namba Station, and within walking distance to Shinsaibashi. Check-in is remote and unattended. The clerk should not be able to speak Chinese and needs to communicate in English.

There was no one available at the property. They probably save money on not having someone there. I had to speak to someone via a security camera.

I chose this hotel as it is close to the Nankai and JR stations. However, I am surprised how complicated with the check-in process, as it is a man-less hotel. For the amenities, I was surprised that there were no cups in my room nor coin laundry in both North and Central Hotels. The bath tub was with dirts that I dared not use it. After my “neighbour” check-out yesterday, he put all his trash and used towels outside his room and the narrow lift lobby after 10am which was only cleaned by 3pm. I was completely shocked how it was handled. What make it worst is that the staff doesn’t speak English. With that amount of room rate, I rather pay slightly extra to get a bigger room in a proper hotel next time.

It was my first time in an unmanned hotel, so it was a bit awkward, but it was very clean and spacious.

Don't live! First, there is no front desk. To check in, you can only scan the QR code by yourself, but there is a process where you must write a phone number, which is not acceptable for Chinese phones. The key is that you can only communicate with the background in English through the camera. Or Japanese. Don't come here if you don't speak English well. To enter the door, you must be optimistic about the email in the mailbox and enter the password to enter the door. Second, although the room is considered large, the bed is very small, and the single person is small. There was also a hole in the wall. The bathroom smells great! ! Third, it is next to the main road, the whole building is on the side of the road, and there is no room not facing the road. And there is an izakaya downstairs, which is very noisy at night, not to mention the traffic. Fourth, you can't store it in the hotel. You have to walk the street with your luggage to store it, but it's free. Advice everyone, really don't live, this is not a hotel!

Had some small issues at check-in, as I had not received the entry keycode. It took a few minutes to get in touch with the staff by phone, as no one is present at the location. This could have been difficult had I not had a local SIM with which I could call.

Very close to the subway and Dotonburi. Great little place!
