Very near to Osaka subway entrance. Hotel room is very clean. Coffee and drinks are free whenever you want. Last but not least is near to tourists attractions.

The location is great and easily accessible to the train station. Dontobori is just a short walking distance from the hotel.

room size is typical for japan, not too big and not too small.
location is 5 mins walk from namba station, extremely convenient if coming from airport as the airport rapid train is a direct nankai line. dontonburi is 10 mins walk away.
hotel service is good too as i’ve sent parcels from amazon. hotel also helped me to sent my luggage to nagoya.

Excellent stay, during our 4 nights stay. Good location, easy access to train station. Walking distance to takashimaya, daimaru, dotonbori, shisaibaishi shopping street.

The room is small would have expected a bit bigger
Overall the location is good just 10 mins away from shinsaibashi and quiet which is great to me.
The bathroom is big compare to the room size lol

The hotel is  quite close to the centre  the room is clean and tidy . A very nice experience with this hotel. The staff are friendly too
