First of all, the location is just right.
Because Tenma Shopping Street, a shopping street with many cheap and delicious restaurants, is only a 5-minute walk away.
You can also get to Umeda easily by using the LUUP service on the premises.
Also, the parking lot nearby is very cheap, with parking fees of 400 yen until 8am if you check in after 8pm.
And best of all, the bed is very comfortable and they bring hot spring water to you.
There are no unnecessary or excessive services, so it's really easy to stay there.
And the prices are cheaper than in the surrounding area.
It's not a high-end hotel, but it's the best hotel I've ever stayed at.

This is the dirtiest Japanese hotel I have ever stayed in. The air purifier in the room and the vents in the integrated bathroom were full of dust, and the sink had mold spots. There is an elevated railway nearby, and the hotel can hear the sound of trains passing by. Check in at 15:00.
