I wish the amenities were placed in an easy-to-find place. The towels were in the shelf where the spare pillows were in the bedroom, and the toothbrush was stored inside the door of the sink, so I bought some thinking they weren't there. There was no staff on-site, but that didn't cause me any other problems. The room was spacious.

There were two hairdryers, the bedding was clean, I slept well, and the shower temperature was adjustable, so it was good. I'd like to stay here again.

I called to make an urgent request, but no one answered for about an hour, which was very frustrating, and when I finally got through there was no apology or anything, and I was surprised by how unfriendly they were. The sofa bed was very dirty, and there were snacks on the bottom. There was hair on the bathroom wall. The parking lot at the back was 1000 yen as stated, but when I tried to leave my car before 10am the next day it was 1400 yen, so I recommend bringing more money.

I was looking for a place to stay for my family of seven and found this place. To be honest, I wasn't expecting much as the price was too cheap for a large group of people staying at the beginning of the year, but the room was spacious, the bed and bathtub were large, and it was kept clean. I got lost just trying to find the entrance to the accommodation, but I'm very satisfied. I'd like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

It was good that there was a convenience store nearby. It's not too far from the station, so it's perfect for going to Universal Studios Japan. I'd definitely like to use it again.

It took about 20 minutes by car from Univa. There was no problem with how to get to the hotel as I had received an email the day before. I had read the reviews that towels were provided in the bedroom, so I checked and found out that was true. The toothbrush is on the shelf in the sink. I was happy that there were two hair dryers. The only thing to be careful about is that the elevator is small and the front entrance is narrow, so it's best not to go all at once. Although we were staying with a large number of people, the living room was spacious and everyone could enjoy it. I would like to use it again when I come to Osaka.
