The room is clean and comfortable. There are several supermarkets, restaurants as well as shops nearby. The most closest metro station is about 10 minutes walk and is accepted to me.

Hotel is situated amongst many eateries. 2 subway stops away from Namba where most of the actions in Osaka! Hotel size is comfortable for 2 pax

Location is nice, with 24 hour supermarket and Family Mart just downstairs. Also with a lot of chained restaurants like Mos Burger and Sukiya downstairs, perfect for getting up early for breakfast as Yoshinoya and Sukiya is 24 hour downstairs. Got a trainee who can speak Cantonese at front desk, staff's english level is already quite good for Japanese. Room is not large, but decent and clean.

辦理入住時她問我吸煙嗎？我説No，打開房間一股濃濃的煙味撲面而來，找前台要求換房間被告知全滿了，換不了，態度極其惡劣，翻譯器：太陽再次升起之前不會有房間了。然後把鑰匙放到我手裡，攜程客服溝通結果就是用空氣清新劑噴一遍，這是此次日本之行的第三家酒店，也是最糟糕的一個，完全破壞了我對日本的好印象：以人為本的服務理念，做到極致的衞生標準，以及先進的技術處理手段等方面都大打折扣。即使是吸煙房你也不能煙熏火燎的嗆人吧？這難道是對客人身體健康負責任的態度嗎？有異味、異響都會影響客人休息，你解決不了可以重新裝修啊，這是我第六次來日本，住過不下十幾家酒店，從未遇到過如此奇葩之事，嚴重影響日本形象，以後不會來大阪了。
