So recommend hotel for traveling on OSAKA , 1. clean Room 2. Near Metro station about 3 minute by walking 3. Near with osaka tower around 10 minute walking 4. Near Mart Lawson and family mart

Mom with 2 teens from Singapore (Visited March 2024) We have enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again when e visit Osaka! Location was great with Ebisucho station just 1 min away, JR Shin Imamiya and Imamiyaebisu stations nearby. The area is quieter so we had very peaceful sleep. Plenty of eateries, supermarket, convenience strore as well as Daiso and Don Quijote around the area. Front Desk staffs were very helpful from check-in to check-out. We need to call the airline handling agent and the staff readily helped us. They also helped to call a taxi for us upon check-out. Housekeeping provided ample towel and amenities which were more than enough for our stay. Handwarmers and umbrellas were provided at the lobby as well. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Love the drying function in the bathroom, the clothes dried up overnight. Kitchenette was equipped sufficiently. I saw i review that the bed beside the balcony door is cold... There's air vent beside the balcony doors, you can open it to let the cool air in or close it to keep indoor warm. There's USB points at the bedhead for easy charging of devices. There's plenty of instructions in the room to help with the operation of equipment, we didn't have to bother the staffs. Hope this review helps!

The location is excellent and convenient for shopping. There are 7-11, Lawson, FamilyMart and Tamade Supermarket at the entrance of the alley. It is convenient for traveling and there are subway, Nantetsu and JR within 7 minutes' walk... Fully equipped with washing machine and dryer, kitchen and microwave It only takes 2 minutes to walk to Tsutenkaku Tower. Shinsekai is right next to it.

The transportation location is very convenient and the space is large. Unfortunately, the WiFi is very slow. Also, please note that the second building is opposite. Be careful if you go wrong and you will not be able to check in.

The apar**ent-style hotel room is spacious and very suitable for families; we stayed for four nights (only one day it will be cleaned, the front desk will tell you the time). You can wash clothes and there is free laundry detergent. If you don’t have enough, you can get it from the front desk. If it is cold, there will be free heating bags on the first floor. ; The staff at the counter can speak Chinese, so it’s more convenient. There are two supermarkets at the intersection, and Tsutenkaku Tower is behind it. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the zoo. I highly recommend this store.

It takes 1 minute to walk to the hotel from Exit 4 of Ebisu-cho (if you have luggage, you can use the lift from Exit 3 to get to the ground, and then cross the road). If you don't have to worry about eating conveniently, there are 4 restaurants nearby, including Tamade, Familymart and Lawson. But there are a few things to be aware of. First, the wifi in the hotel was not very stable, and the connection was poor for two nights. I had to use my own data; secondly, there was no pan-fried pan in the room, so you had to eat light meals. The third line, Emisuno, belongs to the Sakaisuji Line. You need to transfer trains at places such as Shinsaibashi and Namba.

The location is close to the subway station, next to Tiantong Pavilion and commercial street, which is very convenient. I booked a three-bed room. The room space and facilities were OK, but there was a smell inside the room and more cleaning was needed.

The room is very big (40 square meters, most hotel rooms in Japan are 15-18 square meters). It is clean and well-equipped. I am very satisfied to be able to stay in a room of this standard at this price in Japan.
