Very convenient location, easy walk to the shops and restaurants the rooms are small but very clean with all the necessary amenities. Staff was very helpful. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

The bed is wet with urine. Since it was late, the wet portion was covered with clothes and went to bed with the wet urine. I reported the next moring and hotel refused to admit liablility since I did not report this after checking in. Fellow travellers, please check the bed under the sheets upon checking in. Previous guests may have wet the bed and tidy this up properly. Cleaners may not make up the bed if it appears untouch. BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL..

Hotel looks very new, clean and fuss free. It is compact but not too small. Toilet even has a bathtub, toilet bowl seats are warmed which is amazing. Bed has good firmness, had a really good night sleep.
The location is awesome, near to Dotonbori yet quiet at night for sleep.
Highly recommend!

Hotel location is very good and easy to find. It is very close to the busy center and train / railway station. The room is a bit small. Morning breakfast place is also small.

I like that it was a modern hotel, however the rooms are really small, which is to be expected in Japan. However, the location was good as it was within walking distance of the famous ‘Running Man’ in Dotonburi, as well as the train station!

Great new hotel very well located, comfortable beds, good breakfast. The room was a little small but we expected that in Japan.

The best of this hotel is the location. It takes only 2 minutes to Donquiote. You can walk along the riverside of Shinsaibashi to enjoy the scenery. There are so many restaurants nearby that area. Finally it is so convenient to stay there.

Staff is very friendly. They understand basic English and you’ll be able to communicate with them no problem and they are always trying to help. Location is great. Very convenient. Right down the street is the busy area with the sign of the running man. Close to Namba station, less than 10min walking. It’s close to the busy area but the street itself is not too busy, which is good so there’s not much noise from the crowd. The room as in most Japanese hotels is very small. But overall I found the bed pretty comfortable. Cleanliness can be better but it’s not terrible. Overall, it’s a good place to stay to explore Osaka!

Great location, when we walk out from the hotel turn right, that’s the direction to “Glico Man”; train is just 8min walk away. 7-11 and family mart on the same street. Room is not big, we have 2 big luggage was just nice only.
First floor has the smoking room and laundry room. Will stay again if I come back to Osaka :)

This is a very convenient hotel in道頓堀，u can go to 心齋橋 within 5mins walk.but the room is very small .u can only open one luggage at a time.

Superb location in Namba. Near food and shopping. And a ten minute walk from Namba station. Stayed in a twin room which was bigger than expected. The room was clean and complete with amenities. The toilet was compact which is typical of a Japanese hotel room.
No English tv channels available. But there’s Netflix and YouTube. So one can entertain themselves. A great find and highly recommended for the location.
