Nice and clean. 10 mins walk to namba, Dotonburi. I'm recommend.👍 they're also have a nice udon restaurant, right next to the corner of the hotel.

Its located near nankai osaka station. Easy to get to few convenient stores. Cleaning was amazing. View was amazing.

Perfect location, near most of the transport, easy to reach everywhere around.

Staff are friendly. Location is convenient, with Lawson located close to hotel. Stayed in both the triple double room and double room. At least for the double room, the chair can pull out and use. Can use the washing machine and dryer located in the hotel, at nominal amount.

Staff were not friendly at all, only nice to Japanese. Long face when serving foreign tourists.

I stayed here recently during my 5 days and 4 nights stay in Osaka and i had a great time. First and foremost, the location was superb! It’s accessible as it’s an interchange with so many different lines available. We took the nankai express train from Kansai internation airport to namba and its just around 3min walk to this hotel. Walking distance to dotonbori and the shopping district! The staff were so nice when we checked in and he was fluent in English! They also gave us free breakfast and i think they also upgraded us coz i booked the room without bathtub but we got a nice bathtub where u can soak your sore muscles after a full day of walk! The room spacious and its safe as aside from access card, it got 2 other secured lock as well. Btw, a family mart is just right outside the hotel as well and 3 other restaurants! So overall, i really enjoyed my stay here! So would highly recommend this hotel if you’re planning to visit osaka😊

Good location. Near to Naba station and walking distance to Shisaibashi and dontobori shopping street.

Excellent location although room was small, toilet was small. But toiletries was all provided. Toilet doesn’t have window only air vent Laundry facilities was a life saver, washer n dryer available Free coffee at lobby. Vending machines available. And free ice too. Just above the namba station, 1 min walk. Eateries just next to hotel and family mart at door step. Would come again!
