Location is bit far from Osaka station, which the osaka station is one of the main shopping areas, also most of the popular restaurants are located in the Osaka station instead, thus the location of the hotel is quite far from that. The room is small, not able to open two luggages at the same time in the room, but the service and facilities are good.

Great location and comfy room for one person. Everything that I needed for 3 days stay in Osaka. The only thing I found a bit odd was that room had only 2 eletrical outlets so I had to charge my phone close to myself and my watch in the bathroom. Because I needed my power bank and laptop as well I had them to charge later on when I would leave hotel. Breakfast was nice , here are some pictures so you can check it.

My recent stay here was nothing short of amazing. The room was pristine and had everything I needed - from a TV to a cozy bathroom and even a trusty electric kettle. Its prime location near cultural landmarks made exploring the city a breeze. But what made my stay truly memorable was the staff - they were incredibly kind and attentive. They even provided umbrellas and plug-in adapters, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Already planning my next trip back to this wonderful hotel!

Pretty small room.ok for us as we need to leave early at 430am to catch the flight

The room is okay and just like most japan hotels, rooms are a bit small, but good enough for solo travelers like myself. Staff are not so welcoming tho. They’re not rude but just don’t feel the welcoming vibe when checking in and out.

Great stay with lovely front desk

Good location close to metro. Can get to dotonbori quickly. Central enough to most places in Osaka. Room was clean as well although probably not frequently dusted. A lot of dust on high contact spots like the tissue box.

Great location, nice staff. Very clean etc. We only stayed for one night so not much more to say.

Nice hotel great location have convenient stores nearby really recommended , near the metro station and easy to go to attractions and restaurants.

I’d like to stay here again! The staffs are nice and the room is clean. It would be great if they have more amenities like cotton buds and also water in the fridge. I’m addition, I hope the washing machine is in English because I couldn’t read and had to hand wash my clothes.

Hotel is just 1min walk from Higobashi station. Take exit 2 at Higobashi station. Do note that exit is a stairs only exit. Family mart is conveniently located outside the exit, just right beside the hotel. Hotel is really small, photos do not do justice. Large suitcases will not be able to open fully. Toiletries are available (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, conditioner and shampoo). Clean towels and sheets are provided everyday. Bathtub available, water temperature and pressure is good. Bidet available. Would recommend to stay if space is not a concern.

The rooms were smaller than we have expected but the location of the hotel was great. Right next to the train station that gets you straight to the busiest bits of Osaka. There are plenty of yummy food around as well. Will definitely consider coming back. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very convenient location and good value. Easy to get around.

This hotel is one for business travellers. The cleanliness bothered me. The toilet stank and on our first night, we found a set of nails that waseft my previous guests and was not cleaned out.
