This is an average hotel without laundry. It’s a smile hotel that does not smile lol. However it is okay to stay for one night.
Location not bad but not the best if you want be closer to shinsaibashi

Staff were friendly and the hotel is situated right next to Yotsubashi train station. Really convenient place to stay at. Room was cozy and clean.

Staying at Smile Hotel was a pleasant 7 night stay. McDonald’s was a stone throw away and it is near 2 subway lines that have plenty of shopping and food. Our room at the 13th also have ice machine and some floors have vending machines.

The staff are professional. But just bear in mind it's really a budget hotel and it will be purely for functional staying purpose. There's no fancy artistic decor that will rejuvenate your senses.
