Excellent location. Alot of food places around the hotel. Located near Namba station which is within walking distance to Dotonbori.

The hotel location is great. It is just next to nippongbashi station exit or Namba station exit. At night many great food. Near to kuromon market as well. DONKI is 24hrs that was 100m away from hotel. Just that I feel the hotel is slightly old.

Hotel location is very good, near to Namba Station. Housekeeping service is also available on daily basis. Carpet in room has abit of stains. Exterior looks old but acceptable.

Excellent location, super close to metro station. Great service from staff and very friendly with good english. Very good breakfast buffet with local food selections.

Great location but not accessible by car, have to walk a bit. So dont drive if you will stay in this hotel. The room was outdated but comfy enough.

This hotel is not the usual standard of the Oriental Group of hotels. The rooms are very old and dated and it clearly needs a facelift. The only good thing was the location. I would not return to the Oriental Namba ☹️

Spacious for family of 4 (2A 2C) + 4 large luggages. Comfortable and staff service is good. They do provide luggage forwarding services.

My family and I were totally comfortable at this hotel, loved the spaciousness of the room and the breakfast as well! Yes breakfast was more or less repetitive but we liked it that both kids and adults knew exactly what to pick for bf anyway. Loved the pajamas as well!

We stay for 2 nights, and it is a great location, very convenient location, transport, everything you need just by foot. Value for stay. 👍😀

Check in at counter still must enter passport information myself and it's hard to take a scan of the passport. What's the point of service staff at the counter? Lounge very pathetic. Only good thing is the location.

Strategic location n convenience. Easy to find. Near to everything. Beside, the food was good. Friendly and helpful staff. And of course clean. Very recommended

nothing fancy but reliable, room is clean and it has no phone which is okay, housekeeping work is good and replenish of items good and promptly will come and stay again.

The hotel is conveniently located in the middle of endless shops, restaurants and food stalls. Really accessible to the train station, a lot of nearby Don Quijote, tax-free shops, clothing and shoes stores. The room is spacious and they provided complete amenities, just need to update the television and there’s no English channel but that’s a minor issue. If guests arrive before check-in or want to do more shopping after check out, the hotel has free lockers where you can safely leave your luggages or small bags while going around the area. There is also access to hotel lounge open from 2:30-9pm where there are free drinks and crackers for check in guests. This hotel is highly recommendable.
