Hotel Incanto is quite "unique." I enjoyed it more and more as the week went on. All of the hotel staff were super friendly and went all out to help us with any request. A special shout-out to the young bartender at the pool - Ciro! He was SUPER helpful, SUPER responsive! I would definitely return!

old hotel, to be restored in a wonderful area and in a strategic point. not recommended for families. recommended for those who want to adapt to carpets and antique furniture. fixtures to be redone in all areas. pity because the structure is well organized even with the swimming pool.

It is a very dated building, in need of a major renovation. It is located in a beautiful panoramic position, it has a beautiful swimming pool in the middle of the greenery. In the room, the carpet on the floor is really dated and the bathrooms are also minimal. If the hotel were updated it would be a magical place.

The hotel looks like an imposing structure set on the hills overlooking the Ostuni valley and directly overlooks the white city with a beautiful panoramic view as far as the sea. It is a structure with great potential and at the time it was inaugurated it must have been very welcoming and charming. Unfortunately today the maintenance is very poor, everything smells old and run down, the rooms are old-fashioned, without style, with dusty carpeting and preposterous fixtures, really badly worn. Room cleaning is acceptable, towels are changed every day, but the balcony windows are very dirty, not at all presentable to paying tourists. The breakfast, served in an anonymous room and with few staff to clean the tables, is decent but rich enough only on the sweet side. the pool is nice and with a nice view but not enough to save everything. If only there was an entrepreneur who would recover the complex and modernize it, this hotel could return to its former glory, but at the moment it is really poor and has very little charm, perhaps only the name.

Rooms with dated furnishings and not very clean
The photos of the structure are certainly from about twenty years ago.
Too bad because the position deserves a view of the sea in the distance from the window and Ostuni.
It could become a luxury hotel if it were updated a bit, perhaps with a spa and an improved swimming pool, especially indicating the use of headphones for guests.
If no one watches, everyone does what they want.
