Arleta was kind and efficient. She made sure to deliver the keys to us even when we didn’t manage to check in until almost 4am. The conditions of the room were good, bottles of water were left for us and the beds were super comfortable.
I congratulate the Staff as I am very grateful for this experience.

The hotel is in a good location, just a few minutes' walk to the concentration camp, and it is also convenient to walk to the town center. The room is very clean and comfortable, and there are two bottles of bottled water in the room. The front desk staff is also very polite. It is worth staying

It was nice to be able to walk to Auschwitz.
It's quiet and clean. There were a few good restaurants not far away, so I had a satisfactory night's stay.
I couldn't use the kitchen, but when I went in, it was clean and nice. The refrigerator was not in the room, but in the common area.

It is very close to the Oświęcim concentration camp and the train station, which can be reached in a few minutes' walk.

Clean clean and clean , comfortable, very lovely and funny host, helpfully as well, perfect location If you visiting museum, the kitchen perfect little touch in this guest house, very clean with all the staff you need to make a breakfast or diner, I would recommend this property ans I will use it again. A very clean and tidy room, perfect for what I needed after a day of travelling and exploring before visiting Auschwitz. I was met at the door by the owner who was very helpful and recommended a really good restaurant’Las Rossa’ a 10 minute walk away and well worth the visit.
The only thing the room could do with is air conditioning/fan as it was very warm, I had the windows open all night and luckily it was very quiet in the area.
I would recommend staying here to any one visiting Ośweiçim.
