The layout and facilities of female zone is awesome. You are able to move from the room to bathroom without meeting male guest. The reception staff is very kind and willing to help.

The staff is helpful and he explained the instructions clearly. The shower room in the hostels are clean and big, and the location of the hostel is convenient too.
However, the lamps besides the bed are too dim.

有電梯，小樽車站出來，過到大馬路對面右轉，走五分鐘到串鳥店再向左轉，一直走看到羅森就是了。前台在三樓，小樽站出來有一個三角市場，海鮮也不錯。小樽比札幌好玩多了。

位置有點繞，拉着行李找了一段時間，實際距離景點很近，房間安靜，要自己入被套，洗澡位置也多，有很多道密碼，非常安全。

遇到個笨大爺 自己找不到火車票還賴我 結果過了半個小時找到了才來道歉 害得我七點就醒了 無語
不過也不能怪酒店hhhh

衞生：挺乾淨

能使用日文及英文溝通 很有耐心的說明
地點方便 離小樽運河約7分鐘
房間內不能吃東西 3樓的交誼廳是露營風 空間很大
床墊偏薄 廁所及浴室皆很明亮乾淨
出入都需要密碼 安全性佳
小缺點是21:00-12:00無法使用電梯，若是攜帶大型行李者可能較不便及床位的電燈 不能調整燈光較暗
