Lovely little hotel. Clean, boutique style, nice bar, restaurant. Breakfast was a treat.

酒店是上世紀的老建築，重新裝修了，房間裝修風格簡約大方，細節做的很到位，酒店位置也不錯，JR站出來過個馬路一直走，走的運河前一條馬路右轉100多米就到了，從JR站到酒店總共大概就800米左右吧，離運河就200米，離界盯通一帶也很近，走過路過過個紅綠燈就是小樽浪漫館，從浪漫館走到八音盒博物館900米，也是最熱鬧的900米，所有好吃好玩全都有，離三角市場也不遠，三角就在JR站旁邊，酒店對面還有個24小時的便利店，地理位置得天獨厚。

조식은 정말 깔끔하고 맛있었습니다.

好像是前美國領事館改的，建築內部很好看，但是房間面積不太大，且利用格局不太方便，雖然挑高很誇張。地理位置很好，靠近小樽站和運河，交通吃喝娛樂都很方便。早餐雖然好看，但實際上比較一般。

酒店位置還可以，距離運河走路5分鐘左右。對面有一家全家便利店。
房間確實很小，廁所臭味很重，應該是下水道反味上來。
在攜程預訂的房間到了酒店需要給前台綁定信用卡，説是如果使用/損壞房間物品方便直接劃卡賠償。所以辦理入住花了很長時間溝通。這點體驗不是很好。

太驚艷了，物有所值。有免費的迎賓酒，早餐也是早茶形式。房間大乾淨。酒店已經佈置聖誕節的裝飾，氣氛感拉滿。

初めて利用させてもらいました。到着時間が18時過ぎてたからか、駐車場が満車でだったので、近くのTimesを紹介されました。徒歩で2〜3分で苦にならず、料金もこちらの方が安く済みました! 急遽前日の予約で素泊まりでの予定でしたが、朝食を追加させてもらい正解でした。洒落ていて美味しかったです。客室は妻と二人で利用で、少し狭かったですが、不便は感じなかったです。バス·洗面所とトイレが別なのと清潔感もあり良かったです。難を言えば、シャワー利用中に温度ムラや水圧が無くなり止まりそうになったのにはビックリしました❗（復帰はしましたが…）
あと、1階エレベーターホールへ向かう途中に厨房前を通る際、厨房内も見え、その喧騒を目の当たりにすることになり、要らないものを見たなって感じでした❗（笑）
チェックイン時に朝食を追加して、翌朝、朝食会場入口で朝食抜きで賜っていますと言われ、少し憤慨し「だから…チェックイン時に追加したはず」と言ったら、タブレット端末を見直し、どうぞと席に案内されました…客にはきちんとと確認し、間違いに気付いたなら「すみません」の一言が先ですよ…と自分の心の中で言いながら席に付きました❗立地や内装、雰囲気は良かったので、それらを差引いても機会があれば、また利用させてもらうかと思います。
