Don't come here. The service is so bad that it does not make up for the (good) food they serve. As I don't even remember that. You get seated, no menu for 15 minutes and they don't take a drink order. After going to the bar the don't make apologies but come right away to take the drink order and hand over menus. They bring drinks but without some glasses which is not really handy… Again you need to go to the bar in order to get the glass. No apologies made. Eventually they took our order. The food is good, we had starter and main. We wanted dessert but nobody brought the menu (also taking drink orders in between is not something they do….). We asked for the menus and they were handed over (no apologies made). Desserts were good portions and tasty. But we forgot about that and were just frustrated. Eventually it just was a total disaster. It ruined the evening although the food was good.

Located in a very charming area, free parking, things were awkward from the moment we arrived. There's no reception desk, we went into the bar to check in and saw various faces going like, "what do we do now?" Quickly sorted, vague instructions from where our room was... The room was very spacious, nicely decorated, sadly no luggage rack and a serious drain smell I thought the bed was comfortable, my misses didn't sleep well and our poor daughter had a very hard sofabed... The bathroom, has a sliding door which doesn't make it comfortable and the rain shower missed some pressure Breakfast was odd, no menu, long wait before someone came to our table, we didn't know what we were entitled and what would be considered a supplement, but all in all is was OK,(cheese, ham, croissants and a series of various spreads, eggs upon request) could be better given the 15.95EUR for the breakfast. Staff was very friendly!

Het door een enthousiast jong stel gerunde hotel restaurant Lely is zeker de moeite waard. Wij hadden een bijzonder royale driepersoons kamer geboekt, die voor ons tweeën heel ruim en comfortabel was. De foto's spreken wat dat betreft voor zich. De kamer was leuk ingericht, ruim en schoon, met een prettige zithoek en fijne bedden. Er is geen airco op de kamer en ook geen ventilator, waardoor we tijdens de warme nacht van ons verblijf alle ramen open hebben moeten zetten. Dit leverde wel wat extra lawaai op van de mensen (medewerkers?) die onder ons raam een rookplek hebben . . . Maar de goede bedden deden ons daar toch doorheen slapen. De badkamer was keurig, met een royale inloopdouche, en ook bijzonder goed schoon. Wij begrepen van de eigenaresse dat er een forse verbouwing op stapel staat, om ook de oudere kamers up-to-standard te brengen. Als die net zo goed worden als onze kamer, komt dat dit voor elkaar. Het ontbijt (geen buffet, maar bediening) was goed, maar vergde wel wat geduld. Het diner op het ruime terras was ook goed. De verse slibtong was prima, evenals de Zeeuwse mosselen. Kortom, een echte aanrader voor een verblijf op Flakkee.

Vlotte ontvangst door de eigenares, mooie kamer (2-persoons deluxe), uitgebreid ontbijt, mooie menukaart met lekkere gerechten en vlot en vriendelijk personeel. We konden onze fietsen achterin de feestzaal plaatsen. Ons hondje was welkom. Toplocatie!

Snotneuzen die rondlopen en niemand weet wat te doen .Verschrikkelijke bediening 4personen maar 3 croissantjes en dan gesmolten boter op de ontbijttafel buiten 38gr maar wel flanellen onderlakens op het bed . Echt een hotel met familie Flodder aan het roer

Wij zaten in een super grote hotelkamer (nr. 21) met mooi uitzicht. Koffievoorziening goed, wifi zwak. Er was goed gepoetst. Tor 23.00 uur last van geluiden (afzuiging, de wasserij etc). Men heeft ook absoluut rustige kamers vertelde men de volgen morgen. Die liggen op etage 3. Hotel beschikt niet over eigen parkeerplaatsen en ook fietsenstalling konden wij niet ontdekken. Ontbijt goed en degelijk. Geen yohurt of fruit. Wel heerlijke verse sinasappelsap met gebakken ei. 's avonds gegeten in het restaurant van het hotel. Snelle en attente bediening.
