Clean and big room. Overall are good however, the toilet shower area should have curtain so that the floor of other part of the toilet wont get wet. Yet, there is no cover on the toilet bowl, which I personally feel not so hygiene. Have stove but dont have pan, well i dont see the purpose. Other than that, they have nice bed and quiet place. Great location which near to Wien Hauptbahnhof (Vienna Main Station).

Good location near Wien HBF, room is big and has amenities like fridge, microwave etc. Had a great stay here and recommended to other travellers.

It has a spacious rooms, fulk with equipments and very close to Wien Hbf and Tram station, also unexpectedly... it is walking distance from Belvedere.

Hotel is just steps away from central train station where there are lots of eateries and a supermarket . Gorgeous Bedevere palace is just nearby. Convenient to use trams/buses to major tourist attractions . The studio room that we booked is spacious for two persons . We had a pleasant stay ! Highly recommended

The room was clean and supplied with electric kettle and complimentary tea bags and coffee. The room is very spacious for 2 travellers. If you arrive by train, the hotel is just 8-10 minutes walk from Praha main station.

super near the Wien central station . but if u come at night time u need to self check in .via out door machine . the room is big and clean too . have big refrigerators and small kitchen.

Just a normal serviced apartment, nothing special, not very clean, the furniture is very cheap and windows are so small But stuff working there is so kind and great You can have full kitchen with everything for cooking And great location- just some steps from main train station

Service: check-in was a nightmare as the ‘self-service machine’ could not find our booking. No 24 hour reception. With no card access to the building, entry was not even possible. Tip - please use the phone at Ibis hotel nearby (has a 24h reception) to call the emergency contact if facing trouble checking in + having no local number to call like us! He came quickly in 5 min to settle our check-in. Location: 5 min from the main train station, with supermarts Interspar at the train station and Hofer opposite the hotel. Room amenities: spacious and clean with plenty of wardrobe space. Kitchen / utensils available for cooking as well. Kettle available. Heating and hot water available during winter.

good location and clean place. But the booking requires re-confirmation when the guest name changes. We tried to contact the hotle bia trip.com but the reservation desk of the hotel is not normally manned and at we had to wait until 9am the next day to change. This raised two quetsions: 1) the name change of quests should be changeable online like in Bookings.com, 2) the hotle should have manned desk longer than the 9-5 working day.
