The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us a lot and even ordered a fireplace for us so that we could have a very cozy night. We would recommend this hotel to everyone.

There are no slippers, toothbrushes, etc. There is no USB charging port. In addition, if you use an Apple computer, the charging port on the wall is a few centimeters above the desktop against the wall, and you can't plug the charger in, so it's troublesome when the power runs out. It's also strange.

The facilities are old, the service is basically non-existent, and the sanitary conditions are not optimistic. The carpet in the stairwell is dirty. Compared with several other British-style hotels that I found through my own research, this one is a relatively poor choice.

The room is old, either British decoration or old-fashioned style. Old-fashioned is not old-fashioned. During the whole ten-day tour in the UK, the British hotel I stayed in had outdated facilities. It was good looking but not good inside, and the equipment was aging. It took a lot of effort to flush the toilet. I thought it was broken at first, so I called the front desk to help me check it out. Only then did I know that "steady, accurate and ruthless" is the trick to use it. The hair dryer is still the old-fashioned wall-mounted one. The wind is out of breath. If you have a lot of hair, you have to stand for half an hour to blow it almost. The mouthwash cup is actually a soft plastic cup with a plastic bag. There are only a few pieces of paper in the tissue box. It is empty when you just pull it out. Isn't this a bit funny? If the quilt is a duck down quilt, I don't know how long it has been used or how long it has not been exposed to the sun. It is hard and covers the body. There is no charging device by the bed. In short, the overall experience is too bad. I suggest that you still work hard to find a hotel that is more reliable. By the way, I later found a modern hair dryer in the drawer of the big wardrobe.

This time, six of us traveled to the UK. The hotel was very suitable and very quiet.

I stayed in an executive room, which was quite spacious. The room was very simple and comfortable. I needed to add a small table in the room for work, and the waiter was very quick to help me solve it. The breakfast was OK, the bread was good, but the breakfast did not change after staying for six or seven days. There was no air conditioning, but a small electric fan was provided. The temperature was quite high during the few days I stayed there, and the window in the room could be opened very small. So the room was stuffy, and even if the temperature outside dropped, the ventilation was not good, and the temperature in the room was still high. This was a bit unbearable.
