Um sonho de hospedagem, quero voltar mais vezes. Café da manhã espetacular, parque de aventuras super divertido, atrações para todas as idades e o principal: muito conforto. Eu e minha família passamos apenas um fim de semana e já estamos planejando voltar.

Omelhor lugar pra se hospedar em Pacoti na serra de guaramiranga. Cafe da manha maravilhoso, equipe atenciosa e apartamentos totalmente renovados. Area de lazer maravilhosa para as crianças e espaço maravilhoso para pets. Localrecomendadíssimo.

Os apartamentos são péssimos para ficar com a família. Sem isolamento acústico, o que fez o vizinho reclamar do fato de estar balançando minha filha de 1 ano na rede. Além disso, o outro vizinho passou a noite brigando com a namorada/noiva e nós não conseguimos dormir. Fomos passar três dias, converti o valor das diárias em consumo no restaurante e fui embora no outro dia. Experiência horrível. Talvez num chalé seja melhor.

Não ficamos hospedados mas fomos fazer trilha. Um local gigantesco , agradabilíssimo com muito verde e bem conservado. Fizemos uma trilha com guia , passa pela Santa, pela Casa do Caboclo ( onde faz café à moda antiga) e finalizou com uma descida ( e subida) na tirolesa. Imperdível

Um lugar muito bonito, mas as garçonete que fica próximo ao pedalinho, atendimento nota zero, qnd a gente se aproxima delas parece que estão tudo de mal gosto por está ali. Não tem um pingo de atenção com o cliente. Agora o pessoal do pedalinho atendimento excelente. O moço da tirolesa ele tem uma atenção especial tanto com a gente como com o meu filho que foi na tirolesa. Foi minha primeira vez com vcs. Mas tive que ir almoçar em outro estabelecimento. Por não ser bem atendida no restaurante.

Mal limpo, restaurante não muito bom, local muito bonito mas esse tipo de coisa prejudica a experiência. Tivemos problemas com o vaso sanitário, internet lenta. Funcionários educados. Não recomendo para pessoas que precisam de acessibilidade…
