It's just a family hotel, it's just a decent stay. I think you can stay in a better one in Chiang Mai for 300 to 400 yuan.

The room facilities are old, but the environment is great. There is a river next to it. The boss is enthusiastic and cost-effective. It is not far from the night market. I stayed for four nights and it is very suitable for leisure vacation.

The spacious rooms in this quiet guesthouse overlook an attractive garden are very comfortable and the WiFi works too. The bathroom is huge by Thai standards but, like the breakfast area, needs some uplift (hole in ceiling and floor nats, signs of active termites.) Steps are steep so the elderly or wheelchair users might have problems. The guesthouse has a beautiful terrace giving on to the river and parking is easy as well.
