We we’re very disappointed with - bedding and linens uncomfortable and not very clean - breakfast low quality with Lidl foods and artificial juices à breakfast in cage is better and cheaper ! - hosts unfriendly and poor English - batteries in remote low and trouble turning AC on - dripping faucet - broken toilet seat Avoid this hotel and go to Hotel Posta next door do not make the same mistake as us. Aside from the poor communication the photos on Booking site do not ressemble the establishment.

Ottimo posto, centrale e ben arredato. Peccato per i proprietari scortesi e pesanti! Dopo due giorni da incubo hanno preteso pagamento in contanti e non hanno neanche rilasciato ricevuta! Ps. È un BwithoutB!

Situato in posizione strategica per visitare tutti i più importanti luoghi di Palermo , il B&B Albatros si raggiunge comodamente dall’aeroporto con l’autobus Commande’ e Prestia che fa’ una fermata proprio sotto il palazzo che ospita il B&an I ragazzi che lo gestiscono sono molto cortesi e disponibili e non fanno mancare mai a colazione una eccellenza gastronomica della pasticceria siciliana Camera molto grande , funzionale e pulita

Non fa parte di me scrivere recensioni negative eccetto davanti l’arroganza e l’ineducazione. Pago 3 giorni per la suite con vasca idromassaggio. Al momento dell’utilizzo l’idro però espelleva sporcizie e peluria. Nonostante averlo fatto presente ho dovuto pagare il prezzo pieno perché il titolare ha sostenuto: “beh la vasca poteva essere utilizzata”. (Non mi sarei ovviamente immerso in una vasca ormai poco igienica). Non è tutto. Nei giorni del soggiorno diverse volte è emersa da parte loro arroganza al punto da attribuire addirittura un aggettivo irrispettoso, in un’occasione. Infine, mostrato il mio disappunto sul trattamento i titolari si sono addirittura permessi di scendere sul personale. Evidentemente avevano la presunzione di avere già ottime recensioni. Non avrei voluto scrivere questa recensione ma l’esperienza è stata surreale.

...siamo tornati con piacere al "Serpotta" per una settimana di vacanza ...come al solito ci siamo trovati molto bene... grazie alla nostra consulente di fiducia Katia...cortesia... serietà....competenza la caratterizzano...facendo sì che il soggiorno a Palermo sia al top in ogni aspetto della struttura... La chambre est très spacieuse et propre. L'appartement est en plein centre-ville c'est possible de tout faire à pied.
