When we arrived at the hotel no one was there. We rang the bell, waited 30 mins outside, before someone came from outside to allow us in. There is no receptionist at this hotel. No one staying at the hotel. They informed us breakfast is served outside premises 20 metre’s away from hotel’ Restaurant Leon’ , ( pictures on the website are misleading). We felt insecure all the time as no member of the hotel is there. No information, no instructions. They gave us vouchers for breakfast also 15% discount for dinner. It was a scam because the discount for dinner it was only 5%. We’re very disappointed with the hotel and I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The property was perfect for what we needed at this point in our vacation - relaxing and a nice pool to cool down in after a hot day touring the Valley of the Temples. The location was great and the dinner Giuseppe made for us was delicious. The room could have used a little bit of maintenance but was comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Had a fantastic stay for a short break to Palermo. The B&B is located in a good location on the edge of the old town and it’s a short walk to all the main tourist attractions. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. Huge bathroom and an excellent shower made it a very nice experience. Floriana was an excellent host and answered all our questions, we would definitely visit here again if we return to Palermo. Highly recommended.

Perfect location, cleanliness certainly to be improved, breakfast certainly to be improved as it is external to the structure in a terrible location, administration on holiday therefore no possibility of having a tax receipt at the time of payment but deferred over time after various reminders, parking space not available despite not there were cars parked, a real shame.

I am disabled in a wheelchair due to tetraparesis, my "colleagues" know how difficult it is to find an accessible facility for us!! Already by telephone, Miss Katia satisfied and reassured me on everything concerning the definition of "ACCESSIBLE" for hoteliers and I must say that when I arrived for the first time I was positively surprised. New, clean, technological and truly very accessible structure. I'll tell you a very personal detail to help you understand better, after about 1.5 hours from receiving the keys and having checked out I got an incredible stomach ache and out of desperation I returned to the B&B, Miss Noemi, the Housekeeper, she had finished her shift and was leaving but given my urgency she was kind enough to REOPEN THE ROOM THAT I HAD DELIVERED TO ME, cleaned and tidied up, and gave me the opportunity to use the bathroom. Thank you infinitely, you will always be in my heart. BEST STRUCTURE IN SOUTHERN ITALY AMONG THOSE VISITED

We returned after two years to this structure and we can confirm the excellence! Everything spotless and fragrant! Shower in the room with fantastic water jets!!! The staff is always friendly, welcoming and professional. Very convenient because it is a stone's throw from the center and with the possibility of parking in the structure. We will definitely be back.

we stayed at the end of September, trusting the positive reviews, with great explanations about the hotel, which were not provided either by telephone or even upon our arrival, the room was quite clean, even if the cleaning girl cleaned in five minutes and while the customers were to do colozaione they leave new customers' blankets on the floor... the breakfast is not at all abundant and served in a bar 200 meters from the hotel, where at most you can get a croissant and something hot, the management will definitely need to review it of the breakfast and the cleanliness.
