Great place in a great location. Host is very responsive and accommodating. Clean room and very nice amenities.

Great location and perfect room for our weekend getaway! The pool was a lively little oasis. The team was also so quick to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend!

Tropicals of Palm Beach, Aiva, provided a room that didn’t match the description, maintenance issues and unsanitary conditions with mold and a non-draining shower. I didn’t get settled until 1am the first night and had to change rooms. Very bad experience- I don’t recommend staying here.

Overall very rundown and dirty place. Our unit had the owners personal belongs (soap, etc.) in the bathroom. It is a very tired and deferred property.

While there are many units available for rent across this property, Tropicals has consistently been the most enjoyable group to rent through (through *******). Their units have very high quality control, quality decorating and super comfortable furnishings. Highly recommend.

Historic building brought to modern standards. Excellent location very nice staff. Considering other properties in the area, the old hotel was in a betterprice range.

The entire building is extremely outdated. They didnt have my reservation on their excel spreadsheet when checking in. The unit had a sign that specifically stated that this is NOT A HOTEL. The smell of mold was sickening. The bathroom was not clean- chipped paint, wallpaper and sink were peeling, etc. Also, the walls are so thin that you can make out every word of the conversation that is being had in the neighboring unit. Lastly, the post did not mention the need to empty a dehumidifier every day. I will not be returning.

We love this funky, retro historic hotel in which every room/suite is something a little different. The room we had this time sported a tiny "Juliette" balcony overlooking the street. The decor (nautical theme with clean lines) was a nice break from the pastel/seashell/kitzchy rooms we've stayed in before. There was plenty of closet space, and even a tiny kitchen that did not, however, have a sink despite a coffee pot, microwave, dishes, etc. Convenient 20-30 minute drive to the Ballpark of the Palm Beaches, our main destination.

Not fancy, but nice apartment-hotel that is a great value and fantastic location. My apartment was clean and pretty well stocked for a short stay. I come to Palm Beach every year for a business event and always stay here.
