They have termites in room at night and Rude manager ,They Elevator is always not working not good if disable and useing wheelchair

This place is a dump. Poor maintenance - a lot of things need to be painted. Ponding water around. Concrete in fair to poor condition. Room smells.

The room I was given was full of mold. My entire family was sick. Because of the mold. I have pictures of the horrible conditions.

Dirty inside and outside the room. Garbage in the hallways. The place smells horrible. People smoking outside their rooms. I could smell it in my room. The bathroom door was broken. The bedding had stains. Horrible place.

Pictures online is complete opposite of what the rooms look like. The lobby was leaking water from the roof into a bucket, the AC was out, the rooms were terrible. Lots of rust and mold spots. Rooms only came with thin bedsheets and also rooms do not come with any iron or blow dryer.

Very sketchy parking area; I didn’t feel safe, people walking around all hours of the night. The room had no fridge, no microwave, no dresser, the walls were filthy & the bathtub was peeling.
