Crowne Plaza PALO ALTO by IHG

Nice hotel in Palo Alto in term of location but room is quite dark. There're 2 lamps aside the bed. Less choice of breakfast.

I usually don’t write negative reviews, but this stay was really disappointing. First, when I checked in, the receptionist told me there was no hot water in the hotel. I understand things can go wrong, but guests should be informed in advance. The “compensation” was just two drink vouchers, which didn’t really make up for it. I ended up taking a cold shower the next morning and caught a cold two days later. Then, there were issues with my Amazon deliveries. A package arrived two days before my stay, but the receptionist said there was nothing under my name. Only after I showed them the delivery photo did they find it. The same thing happened again two days later with another package — first denied, then later found after I insisted. The breakfast had very few options, and overall service just felt careless and unprofessional. I’ve stayed in many hotels, but this was one of the more disappointing experiences. Hope the management improves both the service quality and staff training.

Good location. The staff gave me a wrong room type but corrected quickly after I found out.

Location was good but slightly old facility.

It's good there is slippers. And you can ask the front desk they will give you the brush.
