This is a very good hotel. The small villa-like bungalows are well-situated along the sea. The grounds are lush with greenery: palms and flowering bushes surround each bungalow. It's very quiet – you can hear the birds singing and the sound of the ocean. Each bungalow has a balcony and a terrace. The rooms are clean. Breakfasts are standard. The hotel beach is right nearby, only a 3-minute walk. We really enjoyed everything.

Overall it was okay, however for room 212 the window was broken. The technician was very impatient to check and say "No one will open the window, so fussy" and very impatient in changing the room for us. He even rolled his eyes and chatted on our request. We feel worried and have the right to request for changing, what a good service. The kettle is also with water even though I didn't used it

We stayed five nights at Puteri Bayu Beach Resort. The location directly on the beach is nice, and Pasir Bogak is a pleasant and quiet area. However, the hotel itself feels old and quite run down. The facilities are clearly in need of renovation. There was no WiFi available during our entire stay. We were told that a storm had damaged the antenna, but it was not fixed during the five nights we were there. This was disappointing. Breakfast was also below expectations and quite basic. Overall, the beach location is the main positive point, but the hotel does not currently match the price or expectations for comfort.

Overall is great to stay in this resort, the perfect pool with 5 meter….. niceeee Breakfast simple choice… but sedap 👍🏻 If got SPA or Sauna maybe will be great for chill trip 👍🏻🤣

This hotel must be good many years ago. Now its out of date. Small rooms, and the time can see on the room. Otherside the swimming pool is ok, and have a beach.
