温泉酒店，定的榻榻米房，到了才知道，温泉另外收費，榻榻米房沒有床，衹是薄薄的被子在榻榻米上墊一下直接睡，硬梆梆的受不了，到前台要求換標準房，前台小姐冷冰冰的説，換可以不能退差價，換到標準房，近500一天的房價，房間裏衹有一張凳子，沒有行李架了，衹能把行李箱放地上打開（氣得忘記拍照片了），請服務員拿個凳子來，送來一個大排擋那種塑料方凳，總之，這是這十幾天遼寧行住得最差的酒店，又貴又不好！

我們是家庭加同學出行，團購的榻榻米房間。14點去的，等到房間（319）收拾好了快15點才辦理完入住。房間榻榻米床墊有明顯污垢無法清理，摺疊窗是擺設是壞的，如廁間沒有排風，浴缸漏水衞生間需要不停的自行拿毛巾擦洗才能保證地面不滑。最頭疼的是在酒店的用餐問題。自助餐必須換浴服拿手牌才能就餐，帶着長者小孩需要來回的換衣服吃飯，前台接待流程繁瑣，自助餐的時間和服務人員的態度極差，因為每次都要囉嗦半天的比對手牌。之前2018年2019年先後來過，那時沒有現在這樣，住宿到就餐很方便。問工作人員為什麼這麼繁瑣大家都不方便，給的解釋是因為疫情防控？是在搞笑嗎，從酒店房間到餐廳需要很近的距離，直接刷房卡出入記入人數很簡單的事！要是因為疫情防控就應該關門或者進園區就要全程佩戴口罩。既然都是綠碼通行進來的，酒店內的防控衹能靠自我保護了。整個園區温泉的開放時間也太短，整體感覺消費體驗非常差！

一次非常差的入住體驗，入住第二天早上，我們無意之中發現房間門可以從外面不需要房卡就能打開，給前台打了電話，服務人員上來修門給出的回覆是門鎖沒有電了，並贈送了果盤
中午退房時，經理給我們的回覆是他仍並不清楚具體是什麼問題，也有可能是我們沒有關好門，這個解釋和態度不是很能讓人接受，給了差評，酒店連最基本的安保都不能做好嗎

十分用心的一家酒店，定的酒店不含温泉門票，電話諮詢的時候就做了提醒，加分。
設施：酒店內部設施中規中矩，沒有智能馬桶，整潔乾淨，有浴缸，面積較大，寬敞，也很熱。
環境：很好👌🏻，帶孩子遊玩非常好，各種小細節也很到位，温泉遊樂的服務非常親切，十分照顧小孩子，加分。

春節假期來盤錦旅行，最後兩天來紅海温泉樂園玩兩天，訂的是豪華大床房。
設施：房間很大，跟圖片上的一樣。
衞生：無死角，床品很乾凈，室內温泉自己簡單刷了一下，基本沒什麼問題。很好。
環境：温泉洗浴跟酒店是兩個地方，中間有段距離每天去洗浴温泉中心要走着過去。
温泉票：訂房含票和早餐，早餐品質不錯，而且到11點閉餐不用急着去吃，不排隊。
服務：在住宿區或者温泉中心，服務員都很熱情。泡温泉和遊玩搓澡洗澡都不錯，室外冰燈温泉特別好，最後一天盤錦下雪，別有一番情調。兩天時間一晃而過，期待夏天再來。
