早餐還行，我定的房間沒有包含早餐，直接給錢也行，但是價格有點模糊，酒店介紹加早餐20元，因為和朋友一起兩個人，收了30塊，到底是給我優惠了5塊還是多收了10塊。

服務員態度非常好，房間乾淨，坐便器都是智能的，賓館在仁和公園裡麪，周圍環境優美，交通方便，房價實惠，賓館內有餐廳，賓館旁邊也有餐館。第二次入住了。

早餐有待加強，晚上打雷下雨，還停電了，酒店也沒有及時通知，還需要我們自己去確認，6點停電，一直到晚上11點才來電，但是一樓有備用電源，可以使用，換是不錯的

衞生：差。
環境：酒店環境倒還不錯，不過和房間環境沒有關係。
服務：1.房間與實際不符，讓前台幫忙查能不能加價升級房間，等了大半個小時都沒有迴應，稱聯繫電話有誤聯繫不上。經到前台核實，號碼無誤，也未通過客房電話聯繫我，我是通過客房電話聯繫的，詢問前台回答含糊。2.定的花園大床房，前台告訴我房間名稱包含花園衹是取個名字而已，和花園沒關係。確實，窗外看的就是一堵牆，前台倒也挺實誠的。340一晚，就這？？？

1.酒店硬件設施破舊不堪，房屋內部到處是黴點，灰塵。從來沒有見過一個酒店衞生紙，包括之前客人沒用完的隨意堆在一個洗手枱下面，甚至門鎖都是壞的，不能反鎖，存在安全隱患。2.服務人員沒有服務意識，可以説態度非常差，今天早上帶着小孩去餐廳吃飯忘記帶餐券，我説出示房卡行不行，穿黑色羽絨馬甲扎馬甲的服務人員態度面無表情，強硬堅決，説不行，必須要我們的人出示餐券才能吃飯，我説其他人還在房間，她説不行，沒辦法，我衹有拖着一個3歲小孩重新回到房間拿回餐券。後來出示餐券後，該服務人員一直狡辯，説的話也不承認，真的讓人大跌眼鏡。我們一行人云南四川走一圈，住了很多酒店，這種服務意識和服務態度以及和不通人性的服務第一次見，我想説，沒人想白吃飯，更不用説你們這種早餐，真的，這麼差勁的早餐，種類屈指可數，豆漿基本清水，白稀飯也是清湯寡水。建議酒店多加強人員培訓，包括規範的服務用語，不要出口就是美女美女，除了硬件，服務才是一個酒店發展長久的根本。

每個房間都很寬敞,主樓門控讓人有安全感，清潔人員儘心儘力。 由於座落於公園之內，只要出門就能吸收到滿滿的酚多精，適合修身養性。

因為很滿意，所以又續住了一晚！七樓餐廳的觀景平台很愜意。酒店有獨立停車場，還有可以自助洗車，正好我那車一個月都沒洗，抽空還給車洗了個澡！
