Louis Imperial Beach

This hotel is brilliant. The staff are very efficient, helpful and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble for any of them. The food is lovely I’m quite a fussy eater but always found something, the best food I have ever eaten in a holiday hote. The areas outside are very clean and well kept and my husband loved it when the bar staff kept doing rounds of the sunbeds to make sure everybody was kept supplied with drinks. We loved the heated indoor pool lovely and refreshing on a hot day. Pool outside was freezing if that was heated they would get a lot more people staying outside. Would definitely recommend to anyone and we will definitely be back. It was our wedding anniversary and my husbands birthday we came in from pool and room was decorated on both occasions we got a bottle of bubbly and some fruit. If I had anything to criticise it would be the evening entertainment it was not very good. We were in room 128 great view of the pool and the sea facing the quiet pool lovely and big balcony. Fantastic stay loved it

We were here this year for the first time , but for sure won’t be the last ! We were welcomed by Alex , the Bar Manager who made sure that we had a cold drink after a long flight and always talking to us with a smile on his face ! The food was amazing and the staff were brilliant ! General manager of the hotel was there every day talking to us and all other guests . Alex and his bar team did such an amazing job. The service was absolutely amazing generally from all the reception staff , bar staff and restaurant staff ! Cocktail management was brilliant with lots of cocktail choices , shots , champagne and more ! All managers were there talking to all the guests ! We loved it and absolutely recomand it ! We will be back for sure !!

Our family of 14 have recently returned from this superb hotel. The location, setting, value for money, staff attention, and rooms were all top-notch, which made our holiday truly wonderful. There are too many superlatives to describe the hotel that also made time to celebrate my wife and brother in laws birthday. BRILLIANT

We have just returned from our second stay at the Louis imperial. Your greeted back like old friends, with a cocktail or soft drink served while you fill in your details for check in. The lobby is spacious and perfectly clean. We got to our room, overlooking the quiet pool and with a sea view. Again perfectly clean with comfortable beds. Bathroom is good with a great shower. Breakfast,lunch and dinner was brilliant every time. Loads of choice whether you’re a meat eater or vegetarian. The roast beef and lamb is especially good. The kitchen staff should be proud. The waiting staff are mostly really hard working but you have the occasional staff member who lets the side down a little, but don’t let that put you off. The housekeeping team are equally impressive. Our room was always cleaned well. The entertainment team are very good. They put on loads of games and quizzes and work really hard. We can’t really fault the hotel on anything. I think there are one or two areas that are heading towards needing a refurb but these are all quite minor. It's difficult to know where to start my review of the Louis Imperial Beach Hotel, lets just say we had the best time here. From our arrival until our departure 11 days later, we felt like we were treated like royalty by the staff. Too many to mention individually, every single staff member we encountered was polite, helpful, chatty, smiley, funny and just all round pleasant. During one cocktail reception in main bar, we were fortunate to speak at length with the manager. Such a nice down to earth bloke who has obvious pride in giving his customers the best experience. And the hotel did just that. The hotel appears big on the outside, but the cleverly crafted spaces makes this seem cosy on the inside. The bar area was a particular favourite of ours, with always someone to engage and have a good chat with. The rooms are generous and well appointed. Other reviews point out that the furniture is somewhat dated, but the rooms are clean, spacious and airy, the bathrooms equally as spacious, modern, clean and good showers. I'd recommend getting a room with a sea view, such a delight to wake up to every day. The main restaurant is a help yourself buffet style affair. Entering the restaurant, we were warmly greeted, asked where we wanted to be seated (always outside for us next to the pool) and then greeted again by a waiter who swiftly took our drinks order. The selection of choices on offer is incredible, the salad bars, hot food counters, dessert bar, all adorned with fresh and delicious food. Every night had a theme, but if you didn't fancy anything from the theme, there was always plenty of other things to try. Two other restaurants one offer were the Asian fusion experience, and the burger restaurant. Both gave great individual experiences and both served delicious food. Booking is recommended on arrival at the hotel, as they're very popular. Evening entertainment was good and 'entertaining'. Kids disco, bingo and an act of some sort was usually the order of the evening. We saw some great acts during our time there, the singer/comedian, the fire eater and the Cypriot dancers all very memorable. The animation team work hard to keep everyone entertained, and their efforts certainly paid off when we were there. In terms of space of outside, there are plenty of sunbeds in three distinct spaces, the quiet area next to the big pool, the lawned area towards the beach and the more active pool area, where all the pool sports and activities take place, so plenty of choice of spaces for everyone. Staff regularly patrolled all areas taking drinks orders (beers, cocktails, teas and coffees!). The nearby beach is small and had a rocky approach. The water was freezing when we're there (late April) so we never ventured in above our knees lol. If we needed refreshing, the pool hit the spot. Such was our experience here, we plan to return next year, and we never return to the same hotel. Be prepared to make friends here 😁, Highly recommended.

Fabulous Hotel. Couldn't ask for better. The staff are wonderful, especially reception. Very well managed Hotel that cannot do enough for you to make your stay as wonderful as possible. Lovely rooms, fabulous food. Great location. Very clean and welcoming. Have stayed there many times now and recommended to people who also cannot fault this Hote.

What a fantastic hotel! From the minute we arrived at 11pm to a warm welcome with drinks and pastries, and sandwiches left in our room. To the minute we left, all the staff couldn't do enough. They were all so friendly. Special mention to Alicija in the lobby bar, she was great. The food was amazing, plenty of choice in the buffet restaurant and the meals in the speciality restaurants were fantastic. The location is perfect too, overlooking the beach and only a 15 minute walk into Paphos Harbour, if you can drag yourself away from the pool. Thank you we will be back.

Our second visit to the Louis Imperial Beach and this is so much more than just a hotel. We had made a point of asking other guests if they had been before and consider probably 95% of those we spoke to were returning guests like us. so what makes this hotel so popular, maybe its the way you are made to feel like personal friends as soon as you arrive, from the moment our bags were whisked away to our rooms we began to relax. The staff were all so efficient and we were, as last year so impressed with how hard they all worked. High praise to all the dining room cooks and staff, it was so nice to see so many of you again. Alex and his bar staff are a credit, with the unforgettable service from Alijcia, who did a twirl the whole length of the Fontana Bar, tray in hand. Doxa, as last year your Greek dancing was such fun. we really don't know how you have so much energy to do it. Thank you to Mary and Jessica for drinks to our sunbeds. Christian, Mario, Bridgette and Nini, thank you for all the enjoyable games and evening entertainment, we laughed a lot. Our greatest appreciation goes to Philipos, Christakis and Alex for the wonderful way you made my birthday so special, smuggling in family members to give me not just one but two shock suprises. Thank you for your amazing generosity towards us all, it really isn't surprising why so many people return again and again and I think we'll be back again too. Christakis, you do indeed, run a very tidy ship (Hotel).

Fantastic week away. The hotel is fabulous and can't be recommended enough. I don't normally revisit the same hotel. However, this would be the exception! Staff are very friendly in all areas. Food is excellent regardless of what time you visit the restaurant. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. I could go on and on ........ nothing negative to say! It's been fabulous, thank you to all and see you in 2025!
