The single room was so small I could barely sit down on the toilet! And I’m not a big woman! No amenities and terrible WiFi and tv. A 5 on cleanliness. Ok on the remodel with what they had to work with but the website pictures lie! The location in the 3rd arrondissement was the only saving grace!

A well-kept hotel in a great location. The double room was small but that’s typical of Paris, not particularly small compared to other hotels of similar class. Did not try the breakfast, opted for nearby boulangeries instead. Metro line 3 right next to the hotel and more lines runking through Place de la République 200 meters away. Many cafés nearby. A Monoprix supermarket 100 meters away. Good service and friendly staff. The room was renovated not long ago, and was in good condition. There is a small fridge in the room which is a plus. Paid approx. 220€ per night for the room, which is a typical price I guess with the inflated Paris prices. Would give five stars if the room was larger and/or cheaper. But anyway, a good stay overall with nothing really to complain about.

Visiting from Chicago for birthday trip. Found this hotel online, and what a GEM!! Super friendly staff, very safe, VERY clean! Perfect place to lay your head after a busy day sightseeing! The staff are very accommodating…from calling our restaurant to let them know we would be late, to holding our luggage after checking out so we could enjoy our last day in Paris. Close to trains, restaurants, and cafe’s!! BOOK IT!! You won’t be sorry!!!

The room was small and dingy,so depressing ,we just couldn’t stay another night ,it was like waking up in a prison cell.The tiny window in the room overlooked a wall.There were four sockets in the room ,three of them didn’t work .The tv didn’t work properly ,the towels smelt terrible .We were so unhappy in the room ,we checked out the following day ,totally spoilt the first few days of our trip .Then we had to find another hotel ,totally stressful when it’s Paris Fashion week .This hotel shouldn’t be on your booking site ,it’s giving you a bad name .

When arriving at hotel it looked dark and eerie. The lobby was unwelcoming and dark. I checked the room and because I had already paid, I had no choice but to stay there. Front desk staff was great. As a solo senior traveller I didn’t feel comfortable.

We spent 5 nights in this hotel located in a truly strategic position, excellent for getting around as it is a stone's throw from the Temple metro stop, and 100 meters from the other metro hub in Place de la Republique. Good cleaning. The manager was very kind to us and offered us breakfast, since we had opted for an overnight stay only. I gave a lower score because for two consecutive days we returned mid-afternoon and our room had not yet been made up and we had to wait in the reception.

Optimal! Very nice and safe neighborhood. Very kind staff. Very small but clean rooms and bathrooms... daily linen change, free minibar, excellent solution in the area, and good value for money. Metro and restaurants very close

The emphasis is placed on the very beautiful location and on the welcome which, yes, is impeccable: great kindness and availability. When we arrived, we were offered a coffee and a croissant. I was also able to use the lobby to work for 2 hours, and again, I am entitled to my little coffee. The next morning, a professional meeting is hosted by the croissant café, free of charge. The room is small but clean and simply decorated. The soundproofing is not optimal. The breakfast room is small and rather family-friendly. In short, I liked the value for money and the kindness at reception. At the foot of the metro, a stone's throw from Republique, at the Porte du Marais. Just perfect for me, I will come back

In the heart of the Marais, with two metro stops very close. Rooms and bathrooms a little small, but clean and functional. Daily change of bathroom linen. The breakfast is good and varied. The staff is always courteous and helpful.
