When I told the receptionist in the mornin about this she didn’t see interested to say the least. Customer service from both night shift and this morning shift 0/10. Other than that an alright stay"
Mercure Paris Centre Tour Eiffel
"We chose this hotel for its excellent location in Paris, and it did not disappoint. It is within a 5-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, and both RER C and Metro Line 6 are nearby, making it very convenient to get around the city. Most major attractions are also easily accessible. The breakfast was decent, and the staff were generally friendly. However, there was one disappointing experience. We had an early schedule during our stay and requested a breakfast box the evening before, as we needed to leave the hotel at around 6:15 AM. When we came down the next morning, nothing had been prepared. After asking at reception, they quickly put something together, but it felt rushed, and they didn’t even confirm our room number when handing it over. The breakfast box itself was also below expectations considering the standard of the hotel. The room was a bit old but clean and well-maintained. It included a small sofa and table, and there was enough space to comfortably fit two 20-inch suitcases. Overall, the staff were kind, and choosing accommodation near the Eiffel Tower was definitely a good decision. Despite the issue with the breakfast box, we had a pleasant stay."

If you’re willing to walk long distance and be a bit away from the tourist attractions, this place is great and the neighborhood is very safe."
