They weren't accommodating once we got there. This feature isn't available, even for a fee. This really ruined the experience. We were really sleepy, so we sat in the lobby for another four hours."

The Monceau metro station (and the Monceau park) is 10 minutes walk. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was beautiful with all the amenities we needed (even more!). The beds were comfortable. The air-conditioning worked well. The view from the bathroom is magnificent!😍 The suite was clean in general but one of the mugs wasn’t clean enough (with tea stains) and there was a used paper tissue under the bed."

However, the hotel's bar on the 40th floor offers a great view of the Eiffel Tower, which was a nice bonus. Overall, I had a good stay."
