I only stayed one night, but I was very happy with the hotel. The room was very nice, staff very friendly and helpful, and the location is walking distance to many desirable locations. I would definitely stay here again.

We recently stayed at the Chalgrin Hotel near the Arc de Triomphe. Overall, the experience was a mix of highs and lows. The room was the size we had booked, with a nice view, clean floors, and a spotless bathroom. The air conditioning worked excellently, which made the stay comfortable. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was very poor throughout our visit, which was frustrating. Service-wise, the staff on our last day were friendly and helpful, leaving us with a good final impression. However, our check-in experience was quite the opposite—Alain, who was at the front desk, came across as unwelcoming and very hands-off. Afid, on the other hand, was much more approachable and kind. In summary, a decent stay in a great location, but with some inconsistencies in service and poor Wi-Fi that could be improved.

So cute and very convenient! The Arc de Triomphe is a 10 minute walk away. The nearest metro station is 5 minutes (Argentine) and the second is 10 minutes (Charles de Gaulle-Étoile). Such a great experience. Will definitely be back next time I’m in Paris!

Location was so good, the hotel is old needs renovation, front desk needs an improvement, no safety no security, breakfast is good and workers are well done

Good Service

The breakfast is not worthy of a four-star hotel and the size of the rooms in the pictures is different from reality.

Located in the old-fashioned wealthy area near the Arc de Triomphe in the 16th district. The surrounding area is clean and quiet. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast is good. The transportation is convenient and close to the subway. I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

Although the room is not big, the bed is very comfortable, the top floor is very quiet, and the Arc de Triomphe is very close. The breakfast waiter is very warm and friendly, and must be praised 👍...

The front desk of the hotel was very considerate and the breakfast in the morning was also delicious. I went with my mother this time and my mother was also very satisfied. Even if she didn't know how to communicate, the front desk was very patient in explaining to us.

Pros of being behind Porta Caesar on New Year’s Eve: If you are like us, you are afraid of crowd riots and like to watch the spectacular fireworks from a distance👍🏻 It’s very quick to walk to the business district and Champs Elysees nearby🤍 The service is really gentle and friendly If you have any questions or needs, feel free to ask the front desk! But they don’t have the international adopter tho. There’s a supermarket downtown the street which they sell. A little walk around the hotel will also see the 🗼
