Location was so good, the hotel is old needs renovation, front desk needs an improvement, no safety no security, breakfast is good and workers are well done

The decoration of the rooms and location is superb easily walking to the shopping street and the congress center. All staffs here are very nice and helpful especially Angele. I will recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Paris

The front desk of the hotel was very considerate and the breakfast in the morning was also delicious. I went with my mother this time and my mother was also very satisfied. Even if she didn't know how to communicate, the front desk was very patient in explaining to us.

Pros of being behind Porta Caesar on New Year’s Eve: If you are like us, you are afraid of crowd riots and like to watch the spectacular fireworks from a distance👍🏻 It’s very quick to walk to the business district and Champs Elysees nearby🤍 The service is really gentle and friendly If you have any questions or needs, feel free to ask the front desk! But they don’t have the international adopter tho. There’s a supermarket downtown the street which they sell. A little walk around the hotel will also see the 🗼

Worst hotel ever, super old, don't be fooled by the pictures! horrible environment. There should only be one star rooms.

My son, and I never actually stayed. I was traveling with my eight-year-old when I arrived the man behind the desk was extremely rude and when I asked if there was someone else I could speak with he said, I’m the only one here you have to answer to me. When I asked for a manager, he said there’s no manager that will help me and he’s the only one here. He then stood up as I was not going to let this man threaten me and after traveling For, six hours on a train and in an Uber you were exhausted and wanted to get in the room. However, I did not feel safe staying in this hotel with that man after he had stood up being all of 6 foot four, African-American 230 pounds against my small 57 frame , in France, they use whatever mode of rudeness intimidation threats to do what they want and not do what they want when I asked ******* for a refund they denied me. I had to report the claim to Paypal and I hope that they will see that I was wronged here and that my son, and I both feared for our safety. This ego******al clerk had nothing better to do than pick on women because he didn’t want to go the extra mile and asked for the information that I was requesting. On a sidenote, the hotel is old, rundown and filthy. It smells I would not recommend this to anyone no matter how good the value looks. I cannot stress how u safe we both felt. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE OR *******.

Me and my partner loved our stay here, the room had such a lovely cozy vibe with 3 gorgeous balconies facing out towards the park. The hotel is in perfect area of Paris for sightseeing and going out for dinner/drinks. A really lovely breakfast too with really smart and caring staff.

Staff at the Chalgrin were extremely friendly and helpful. Very attentive to detail! Will stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Very nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood and walking distance to the care de Triumph.

Great neighborhood and clean comfortable beds. There and no amenities other than breakfast which is ok. Everything is pre-cooke and portioned into small bowls and pots. You have yo so for an iron and go get it. There are no usb ports you must bring a converter so my colleagues from UK and US all had to go out and buy one. No face cloths in the bathroom and ridiculous oversized bath sheets

A gorgeous hotel in a fantastic location! Walking distance from amazing restaurants, shops and land marks! Right by the metro for east access to the rest of the city. Staff were so lovely. Check in and out we’re easy and stress free. The room was lovely, spacious and luxurious with great facilities.

i had an incident with the receptionist who insulted me. I travel two weeks per month and it is the first time in my life a receptionist behaved so badly with me
