Very good, straight forward hotel. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. My room was fairly small, but clean and well maintained, the bed was very comfortable and the en suite bathroom very clean with no problems. I picked the hotel for its proximity to a venue I was going to and it seems to be in a good area for bars and food generally. The hotel is right next to Jourdain Metro, and is only a brisk 15 minute walk from Gare du Nord anyway. A very comfortable, hassle-free experience and I’d definitely stay here again.

So happy with this hotel. Next to metro, great location, amazing value for money, clean and modern room, great view of cathedral opposite, great breakfast, friendly efficient check in and out. I will absolutely make this my go-to hotel in Paris for next time

Too expensive compared to the super basic services and the poor neighborhood. At this price, a tiny bathroom, basic and soulless design, no courtesy tray, not even a bottle of water. A warm welcome otherwise. Convenient because close to the metro, clean but it stops there

Simple, clean, attached to the metro. A few meters from a supermarket open until 10pm, a pharmacy and an excellent Italian restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. Simple but genuine breakfast. Recommended for those who want to visit Paris and go back to the hotel only to sleep

The hotel is located next to the Jourdain metro station, making it easy to get around the city. The rooms are clean, small and functional. The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately the wifi system was not working during our stay. Still worth recommending!

Very friendly small hotel. Warm and professional welcome. Room completely renovated, very clean, quiet. A very pleasant surprise. Simple but quality breakfast. Only small inconveniences: a room a little too heated and the noise of the bar just below the hotel on Saturday evening. Ideal location in the Petit Jourdain district.

Je fréquente régulièrement cet hôtel dans le cadre professionnel. J’ai pu cette fois bénéficier d’une chambre entièrement rénovée, très agréable. La rue est plutôt calme et le quartier bobo est sympathique. Les tarifs sont raisonnables.

Séjour convenable pour un 2 étoiles. Hôtel en cours de rénovation. La propreté peut être améliorée au niveau des espaces communs et de la chambre. Difficulté de communication avec l'accueil (bruit dans ma chambre, information que quelqu'un passerait, la personne n'est pas passée, refus de me donner une facture portant seulement sur le montant que j'ai payé, puis finalement facture fournie). Une formation sur l'accueil clients et le gestion émotionnelle pourrait être un vrai plus pour cet hôtel.

J'ai voulu faire une réservation par téléphone. J'ai dû m'y reprendre à 2 fois (toujours en appelant depuis la Suisse !) pour obtenir une confirmation de réservation par e-mail, dans un format impossible à enregistrer et dont les prix n'étaient pas détaillés. Les deux fois, ai eu affaire à un personnel peu alerte (c'est un euphémisme !), incapable de retranscrire mon adresse e-mail correctement (pourtant soigneusement épelée : "A" comme Albert, "B" comme Béatrice... Quand j'ai renvoyé un courriel demandant une confirmation avec les prix détaillés dans un format accessible, et exprimé que j'aurais accueil une petite ristourne avec bonheur, j'ai reçu un mail m'informant qu'on avait annulé ma réservation !... Exécrable et non professionnel.
