Perfect hotel. Friendly staff. Great value for money. Had everything we needed for our 2 night break. Location was great. Lovely area. Nice view of the cathedral from our hotel window. Right opposite the metro station which was ideal for travelling around the city.

Very good, straight forward hotel. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. My room was fairly small, but clean and well maintained, the bed was very comfortable and the en suite bathroom very clean with no problems. I picked the hotel for its proximity to a venue I was going to and it seems to be in a good area for bars and food generally. The hotel is right next to Jourdain Metro, and is only a brisk 15 minute walk from Gare du Nord anyway. A very comfortable, hassle-free experience and I’d definitely stay here again.

Bonne surprise C est une bonne adresse pour un court sejour: il est bien situé, dans un quartier dynamique, avec de multiples cafes, restaurants et boulangeries,au pied du metro jourdain. La chambre au 5eme etage, bien que petite etait confortable, calme, avec une jolie vue sur l eglise de la place. L accueil etait egalement convivial. Un bemol, la reception et la salle du petit dejeuner qui restent sombres et sentent un peu la cigarette. Mais l ensemble reste positif et nous y retournerons.

I regularly frequent this hotel on a professional basis. This time I was able to benefit from a completely renovated room, very pleasant. The street is rather quiet and the bobo neighborhood is friendly. The prices are reasonable.

Séjour convenable pour un 2 étoiles. Hôtel en cours de rénovation. La propreté peut être améliorée au niveau des espaces communs et de la chambre. Difficulté de communication avec l'accueil (bruit dans ma chambre, information que quelqu'un passerait, la personne n'est pas passée, refus de me donner une facture portant seulement sur le montant que j'ai payé, puis finalement facture fournie). Une formation sur l'accueil clients et le gestion émotionnelle pourrait être un vrai plus pour cet hôtel.

I wanted to make a reservation over the phone. I had to try twice (always calling from Switzerland!) to obtain a reservation confirmation by email, in a format that was impossible to save and whose prices were not detailed. Both times, I had to deal with staff who were not very alert (that's an understatement!), incapable of transcribing my e-mail address correctly (even though it was carefully spelled: "A" like Albert, "B" like Béatrice... When I sent an email back asking for confirmation with detailed prices in an accessible format, and expressed that I would happily welcome a small discount, I received an email informing me that my reservation had been canceled!.. Execrable and unprofessional.
