The location is why people stay here - in the neighborhood called 'the beating heart of Paris' featuring walkable streets at all hours, neighborhood cheese merchants, butchers and boulangeries and small quirky shops with unique goods. The hotel rooms are very small, with little storage space. Shower/Bathtub was very narrow and not easy for an older person to get in and out of. Breakfast buffet is adequate and service was prompt and friendly, but not a very good value for the money (28 euro). Front desk assistance varied; one gentleman was very knowledgeable about transportation and ready to help plan an excursion, while a lady there the next day did not seem to know much about the French rail system and suggested that we consult the Internet.

Excellent hotel, location and personal trea**ent

I have always dreamed at staying on Ile St Louis and finally got to on this visit. I LOVED this hotel. The reception was so friendly and helpful. There was a nice reception sitting area. The rooms were nice sized and very quiet. The bathrooms were spacious and my room had a nice tub. It also has an elevator. You can walk to many great restaurants, cafes and shopping. The staff all spoke English. I did not try to breakfast, so can't speak about that. It felt like a big hug. I will definitely stay here again.

Clean and stylish, very walkable location to explore some of the popular sites around the city. This neighborhood is very quiet compared to the rest of the area and has a metro station (Pont Marie) only a 5 minute walk away. Bed was comfortable, softer than other French hotels we have stayed in.

Beautiful and safe location especially for those traveling solo. Just a bridge crossing to Paris highlights, yet an oasis of calm, distinct restaurants in the neighborhood encompassing streets to stroll along the Seine a block away. The boutique hotel offered a clean, comfortable and hospitable stay.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Location is wonderful, and property was well kept.

“Bespoke” is the word for this historic, remarkable family-owned inn. From furnishings to fixtures to farm fresh breakfasts and fantastic staff, the hotel is first class in one of the most coveted areas in Paris — Ile St Louis. What a quaint, close-knit community! Love love this place!

Recently renovated boutique hotel in a vrey convenient and speciaal part of Paris. Very helpful and friendly staff. True French hospitality! Soft fluffy towels in a modern bathroom with nice soaps.

The hospitality here was unmatched. I felt welcome from the minute I walked in the door. Everything they did was akin to five star experiences I’ve had. Would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Paris!

Cute but small. Great location, near beautiful cafes and restaurants. It’s located on a nice street. The room was very small but just needed somewhere to stay because my flight was delayed and it was a convenient price for the night. Staff was very friendly and inviting. The bedding wasn’t very clean. There were dirt stains on pillow cases and sheets didn’t seem fresh. Bathroom was very clean. The air conditioning was a problem because the room would not stay fresh and I had to keep the windows open the whole time to let some air in. Good for a single person or couple, not a family with kids kind of hotel.

This was a small hotel with felt like a big hotel :). There was an included breakfast with table service. There was lots of good restaurants nearby.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They were quick to prepare a cup of coffee or tea, while we were waiting in the lobby, order a cab, or help in any way they could. Breakfast was wondeful with fresh squeezed juice, eggs made to order, and coffee made to order. The location cannot be beat. Rooms are cozy as would be expected in an historic building in the ancient core of Paris, but overall just a wonderfully comfortabe and friendly place to stay!
