We've stayed here 3 times now for a week each time. The parking is good in spite of construction next door. The views are lovely on the west side. The E-470 toll road and Parker road cross-street are right there. The Denver area is easily accessible from either of these routes. This hotel takes pets but so far we've not had any noise issues from it. A family member came to stay one night and was able to bring her small dog. Each visit has been pleasant, quiet and comfortable. There's no complementary breakfast but the restaurant upstairs is available. There's plenty of eateries close by, as well as nice spots in the downtown Parker area. We'll be back.

This hotel is only 2 years old and looks very new. The staff were friendly and greeted us when we return to hotel. Pets are welcomed and were allowed in upper floor rooms. My niece brought two dogs. There were many complimentary parking places. Food Breakfast 6:30am-9:30am M-F, 7am-10am Saturday/Sunday on first floor next to lobby. Many people took the food back upstairs to heat the food in room microwave. There was only one microwave available to heat the various cold foods in food area. Mini Pancakes, mini waffles and mini burgers were in mini refrigerator Yogurt Oranges, apples but no bananas Cold peeled hard boiled eggs Cereal and oatmeal Muffins and pastries Juices, small bottled water Refillable water in fitness center Room Room Safe – (very rough estimate 12 inches wide and 10 inches deep; don’t quote me) Mini refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee Maker Thermostatically controlled A/C and heating Shower control was nicely placed opposite the shower head Smart TV (Did not try pairing smart phone to TV) Free Wifi Iron Common Area Fitness Room – 1 cycle, 3 treadmills, 2 elliptical, hand weights; Two Business Computers with one printer Two elevators – No Room Key needed to use Clean Lobby/Breakfast Area Heated Indoor Swimming Pool (not searched)

The staff was very accommodating to get me in the room early for a conference call. Excellent staff. TV remote was wrong and they came up immediately to replace the remote.
