The only reason why I give this hotel a poor review because first, there is no microwave in the rooms. The microwave is in the first floor lobby. This is probably because they encourage people to eat in the lobby rather than in the rooms. Second, the restaurant in the hotel was way overpriced. It would’ve been better to just eat somewhere else. Third, the breakfast. Although it says on the website that there is no complimentary breakfast, you have to go to the restaurant to order food for breakfast. Then it’ll take them 15 mins to serve the food. Even though we paid for the food and beverage credit, we were not able to use our breakfast coupons because we didn’t have an hour of our time to spend for breakfast. Unlike in other hotels that served breakfast buffet where you can just go and grab your breakfast.
