The resort has an amazing nature landscape with the lake and the trees but when it comes to cleanliness the worst one ever. You have to use sandals in ur room, expect a dirty bed sheets with dirts and spots on it. The garden is not taking care with garbage everywhere.

維特從登記到退房只花了兩個小時的時間。房間跟我們在網上看到的相差很大。熱水供應很差,幫助熱線也不能用,我們不得不搬到了隔壁的房間。酒店四周的環境很臟。溫泉水療服務也無法享用,保安告訴我們說溫泉水療處的工作人員都已經回家了,前台工作人員卻告訴我們他們現在在工作呢。我們想,幹嘛非得在這裏住呀?這裏不是我們所期待的度假村酒店。
