Excellent hotel. All the shoping centers are near, very convenient. We enjoyed our stay there.

Sheets were clean but carpets are all stained and dodgy looking
Turn down service would result in some item being missing every day
Only bath towels available but not hand towels
Room service food and in room spa was excellent

I felt comfortable in the room, it’s spacious. I’m staying at the executive floor which is on the 10th floor. It’s clean and the balcony has a nice city view :)
