Pasay is that underrated spot right next to Manila—not flashy like Makati or historic like Intramuros, but it’s got its own vibe. You’ve got the insane Mall of Asia for shopping and bay views, weirdly cool spots like the CCP complex for artsy types, and the airport if you’re just passing through.

Ninoy Aquino Airport (NAIA) is where you’ll land if you’re flying to Pasay. Terminals 1 and 3 are the main ones, and while it's not the world's smoothest airport experience, just grab an official yellow taxi or book a Grab to avoid getting scammed.
It's basically Manila's neighbor, just 5km south of the main tourist areas like Intramuros. The city's pretty small but packed with stuff - you can walk some places, but for anything further, jeepneys run along EDSA and Roxas Blvd, though Grab is way more comfortable if you're not used to Manila's chaotic public transport.
If you've got an overnight layover or late flight, there's a bunch of decent hotels right by the airport:
Hotel Name | Estimated Price | Location (Distance from NAIA) | Services |
