Yatai Spa
"Booked this hotel because of proximity to Manila airport terminal 3. It was an interesting check in experience as it’s a spa and we have to change outside clothes before going to the room. They gave us the spa uniform which is comfortable. The sauna, jacuzzi are working well. They are very assistive also. The rooms were upstairs with the lounge area, though could be better with the smoke smell still can be smelled in the room despite non smoking room. Bed was a bit stiff, but enough for a night’s sleep. Food was free flowing, good choices. Massage therapy is additional fee. Play area and other entertainment were nice. Just quite hot in the common areas, made us sweat."
MCollection - Stay Across NAIA Terminal 3 in Newport City
"The place is nice and clean."
Hotel Ava Cuneta
"it's a nice quiet place near church and malls. the suite room we stayed is spacious, 2 story with jacuzzi. we had a relaxing stay and staffs are courteous."
88 Courtyard Hotel
"Good: close to airport, street food oitside gates, resturant next door, beds are comforrable for westerners Bad: Wifi sparodic dropped out every now and then early checkin high cost 50% of their rate [not the rate i paid on booking app]. i did request via booking app earlier then arrival but no feedback about additional charges [easy to fix] so I had no option but to stay and pay [not a good experirnce to start with], maximum late check out is 12:30 despite hotel clearly not full. Competitors offer untill 3 pm I think management needs to review those policies, given that most people are airport transitting."
TRYP by Wyndham Mall of Asia Manila
"We almost end up paying a room for my family but will be sleeping in our car in the middle of nowhere in the middle of the night after taking our dinner. The security doesn’t allow us to park as they said the parking/valet parking is already full because there is a marathon event the next day. We tried to tell them that we checked in, in this hotel but the security instruct us to go to the opposite building to park but need to pay for extra just tell the security that we are going to join the marathon to avail the discount for parking the car throughout the night. We followed it but we were stuck on the road for long time coz most of the road were close as they are preparing for the event. After trying the maze we are able to reached the hotel but did not allow us to park as well because they are full already. We are tired and booked for a room for vacation in advance but we end up begging and asking the staff of wyndham what is the purpose of our paid room if we cant use it? Then they realized we are right and helped us in the end to fix the problem after arguing our point. We managed to be at the hotel and take a rest at June 13,2026 0100am, our booking is June 12. We understand that having like a big event nearby is hard to control but atleast try to inform us what to expect and what not so we will know what we should do to manage our trip as well."
Stone House Hotel Pasay
"all good, very nice place to stay regardless if you want near airport or just have a quick rest around pasay."

Getting to & around Pasay
Ninoy Aquino Airport (NAIA) is where you’ll land if you’re flying to Pasay. Terminals 1 and 3 are the main ones, and while it's not the world's smoothest airport experience, just grab an official yellow taxi or book a Grab to avoid getting scammed.
It's basically Manila's neighbor, just 5km south of the main tourist areas like Intramuros. The city's pretty small but packed with stuff - you can walk some places, but for anything further, jeepneys run along EDSA and Roxas Blvd, though Grab is way more comfortable if you're not used to Manila's chaotic public transport.
If you've got an overnight layover or late flight, there's a bunch of decent hotels right by the airport:
Hotel Name | Estimated Price | Location (Distance from NAIA) | Services |
Savoy Hotel Manila | From $59. | 101 Andrews Ave, Pasay, Metro Manila, 1309, Philippines (~3200 ft) | Priority airport pick-up/drop-off (additional charge), café, restaurant, bar, Wi-Fi (free), private parking (free), sauna, gym, outdoor pool, children’s pool, spa, business center, conference room, laundry, currency exchange, luggage storage, taxi booking, car rentals, massage room |
