The Staffs are friendly. Although my husband is a bit hesitant about giving our IDs fpr confirmation because the 2 staffs that night looks very casual(nakapambahay) instead of wearing formal and uniform attire. As a Pinay, I understand. But still they are working on a residences where foreigners usually stay. My husband thought it was a scam. But I explain the culture. Also I trust my gut feelings that night too. They explained everything well. And happy to go back there if we ever visited Philippines again. Also The staff who helped me with things there, I salute him. He is very kind which my husband was very impressed. Told him don't judge the book by it's cover. We went out and bought some things which is very near the place and the guards are very kind helping us find a spot to smoke since the private and public areas are non-smoking. Kudos Philippines and Shore Residences. I forgot to take pictures since we did not have a long stay also we just need a place to rest and stay for a while. And we're busy packing so...🥰

It’s so clean and affordable and the stuff are good in service and malapit naman siya sa bilihan ng basic needs 🥰👌🏻

The place is clean and very affordable, the staff as well is accommodating.

Location is really convenient but despite that amenities that were included were only toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo and soap but doesn’t last days, some amenities including blower and slippers etc, were not included. Pillows had stains, and covers looked used. Agent mentioned he was available for 24 hrs but would not respond to messages on WhatsApp - only responded on checkout. The place is aesthetically pleasing but not really a transient type.

They charge me of another 500 for my companion but I checked my booking it was so clear for 2 pax but they insisted it's only 1 person

room is small but clean. parking fee is a bit expensive and the restaurants. restaurants within the vicinity are asian foods you need to walk to MOA to get better choices
