Stay was comfortable. Staffs at the hotels were very co-operative. This was my 5th stay at this hotel. Howevet, rooms at lower price are not tidy. Equal attention should be given to all the rooms specially in the hygiene area, rest its a family hotel.

Dirty room, bad service, taken extra 600 bucks for early check in, and informed of booked directly instead of mmt, early check in charge could be avoided

The room appeared unkempt, illuminated dimly, evoking a questionable atmosphere. Additionally, the condition of the bathroom was subpar, with faucets incessantly leaking water, and there was a temporary power outage.

Very inexperienced and confused staff. Even after asking to change the water which was dirty they didn't change it. On top of that food quality was also not good.
