B2 South Pattaya Premier Hotel

I returned to the hotel late the night before, only to be woken up early the next morning by a flock of pigeons outside my window. When I pulled back the curtains, I discovered the air conditioning unit was a pigeon nest, covered in droppings. Then, while showering, I noticed a foul smell coming from the drain. Upon opening it, I found a ring of unknown matter (which I suspect was feces). I understand this is a budget hotel, but I cannot comprehend this level of hygiene and facility maintenance. I wasn't trying to take advantage of the hotel, so after platform intervention, I requested a refund for the remaining two nights and immediately checked out, not wanting to hinder their business. However, the hotel *actually* demanded that I switch rooms and refused a refund. Can a different room really fix this kind of sanitation issue? It was truly disgusting...
