Hotel is very old,but they paint the building and in the photos look okay. No amenities, very old power point, bathroom, old and smell and noisy air-conditioning. The door are not working. No service ,just for bed.
Location and surrounding not good.
I would pay only 10$ instead of 30$ .

Room where clean and spacious. Unfortunately the telephone and the tv were not working and the light switch for the living room is very hidden behind the television. Very simple but all over ok

Absolutely avoid Tycoon Place! My recent experience there was a total nightmare. The check-in process was chaotic, despite being promised an early check-in. I waited for hours. The room I booked was nothing like the deluxe pool-facing one promised. The amenities were either missing or dysfunctional, with the water heater and room lights not working despite complaints. The staff's indifference and excuses made it clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority. Apart from its central location and friendly receptionist, this hotel is a nightmare. Avoid at all costs!

You get what you pay for I suppose. Rooms had a musty smell and needed a good clean. On arrival they will demand extra money as a deposit for your room key which is a little strange in 2024. Staff were friendly enough and will help you out if you need help.
