Front desk guard kept offering “boom boom”. Girls at the reception seemed unhappy to be there. Had to tell them 3 times before when someone turned up to clean.

Was not brilliant I would you want somewhere else - breakfast awful- - had to pay a deposit was clean

The hotel is in a great location. Most of the staff were polite. The restaurant staff weren't very inviting however. But the cleaning staff were fantastic! We only had breakfast there, it was OK, can't complain too much but wasn't the best. The room itself was nice, a few bits that need to be fixed and the bed has wheels that can't be locked - but it wasn't too bad. Overall, it's a great hotel, lovely rooftop bar and pool with soke great views. Would definitely consider staying again.

Overall this hotel has very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and are a good size. The air conditioning worked very well and the towels/soaps etc was changed on a daily basis. Very happy with this hotel and after my second stay there. My opinion is exactly the same. Would always recommend

Main point is the amazing swimming pool and rooftop with Pattaya City view. great value for money (100%) Big room, comfortable but Bad lucky for r my room, the pillow smell very musty. Need to improve

The hotel is great and has a very good location. There is beautiful swimming pool on the rooftop. Breakfast also was good. But service could be better. They didn’t clean my room

The hotel is old, the room is worse. It was the first time when I texted Trip.com cuz I wanted to leave that hotel. Dirty walls(with hair) stained curtains, mold,nails on bed, torn towels, broken mirrors in the lift, unfriendly staff, pancakes made of bread. Where are slippers in the room? Minibar? Close your hotel or renovate it asap cuz it’s the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed!!! It’s not 4 start hotel, it’s less than 2 Hope you’ll see that review and change your way of service

Reasonable price with good service and comfortable bed. Location is good. Breakfast was great. Would come back here again next visit.

Convenient transportation, close to the train station, clean, very good service staff, recommended.

Great location with very spacious rooms. Reception staff a little raw but butler is very good. Only issue is there’s always something wrong with the room. Sometimes no towels, sometimes plugs don’t work, sometimes taps are loose. Still some great views from the city view rooms
